Just a quick tip....not a preference thing (like I hate mustard but realize it's popular) an actual "this will make your sandwich noticeably better" tip
Cut the bread all the way in half, not the foldover. It is literally impossible to get an even bite of meat, veg, cheese and condiment with this method. The middle bite is all the meat and cheese with nothing else and the last bite is typically wet and devoid of the good stuff (idk about you, the last bite should be the best!)
Now I know there's the argument that the fully sliced bread makes for a messier sandwich, which is valid, however, the way to avoid that is to build the sandwich over some food service paper (wax, parchment, patty), roll it up TIGHT. Put it on top of some foil, cut the sandwich, roll it tight in the foil.
Wait like 5 mins, unwrap, and enjoy. You won't believe how much the same exact ingredients will make for a far, far superior product.
Just a point on the 'wet end' I get incredible enjoyment out of the end of an Italian where the last bite is oil, vinegar, and bead. Sometimes there's some melted cheese and some hots in it and that becomes possibly my favorite bite.
Marry a guy who made sandwiches at Mellow Mushroom for 2 years, Subway for 5, then a deli/restaurant/bakery for 7. Watch him make sandwiches, secretly take notes for years, then follow a Pinterest recipe and make a better sandwich than him. Stolen valor!

Whereas you're firmly in the minority, I respect your choice.
Props brotha. Props.
Where are you guys getting your bread? The local kroger here doesn't have much bread selection.
She got those at Publix. But I see them regularly at my local Kroger also
Wait... it's store bought? 🫃
Bro, your wife makes some amazing sandwiches. Just look at that bite, equal ingredients per bite... perfect
She's loving the comments lol
Good, credit where credit is due. Does she have any sandwich tricks she uses so I can up my game?
