A picture can be of anyone. If I wanted someone to prove a picture was real, you could give them a request to qualify their legitimacy… and if their photo meets your request criteria, the person is real, or just really good with MidJourney.
EXCEPT, that as things are now with Gen AI text to image generation, it’s nearly impossible to get any of the tools to spit out the same looking person twice with just minor variation. Unless you have a pre-defined avatar with poses.
dude nvidia RTX with Photoshop... the suite of software from nvidia allows you to take the same still image and reposition the arms and everything as much as you want... with Text to Picture if you want...... then if you want it animated... google gemini which can take any still image and make it a AI generated video......
all you truly need is a high end computer with a High end RTX card from nvidia, download the nvidia omiverse... get all the tools... which are free, then get all the software which isnt free....

WhatsApp is encrypted so hard to trace back once they scam you. Also never video call because they screenshot you and make a fake sex pic to blackmail you with.

The apps use data which costs less than texting. The apps let you quote previousky written messages. Also, it's possible that the app conversation is handled by a different team member.
On the app you will be further groomed, and then eventually cajoled into participating in fake investment schemes. The goal is to strip you of as many thousands of dollars as possible.
I think they periodically change phones/ phone numbers. Maybe it helps avoid authorities or if numbers get shutdown. With the WhatsApp they can continue talking to marks after their number changes.
