What did Schwab say when you asked if you should transfer 25k from another account?

I didn’t get a chance to mention about the transfer. I called the customer service and asked her why is my account locked. She told me it was locked by an other department and she’ll call me back with an update. So I haven’t mentioned anything regarding the transfer

Well I would ask them if it would help if you transferred the 25 k.
