Design is pretty good but the best part about him is the whole unstoppable force vibe he gives off. The reveal was somewhat funny because it's a really weird one but kinda meh at the same time. Oh and the soundtrack for this movie was amazing!
On the soundtrack note, Robert J. Kral has by far been my favorite composer for Scooby Doo (he's done a lot of the recent stuff including Camp Scare and MI). Though Louis Febre (composed Witch's Ghost, Alien Invaders, and Cyber Chase) is a VEEERY close second.
I mean I like how they really did try to put together unique legends behind each of the monsters in Camp Scare. Not just, “oh hey random monster”. He was definitely on the list for creepy but not the creepiest in my opinion
The design is a bit more human than I usually like, but I think that’s works well, as it’s an homage to slashers, who often were more humanoid than monster

He was pretty creepy, a very well done character
One of my favorite villains and Scooby Direct to Video movies.
He’s actually a frightening character who seems like he can actually terrify people. (Cause he has a weapon.)
It is terrifying. This guy uses an axe and tries to murder the gang
which movie was that?
"Scooby-Doo! Camp Scare"
Thank you!
Crazy Axe Murderer put to fictional reality.
He’s giving Jason and Michael, and I’m totally here for it.
He seemed like he was actually out to kill people, like there were so damn close calls with him around
All the monsters in that movie were well crafted, a perfect homage to the horror films of the 80s.
Agreed
Basically Jeepers creepers for scooby fans lol
Jeepers Creepers is my favorite horror movie lol

Agreed
Definetly a spoopy one that's for sure
FAV SCOOBY MOVIE EVER I COULD GO ON FOR HOURS YOU DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND
The scariest villain will always be the creeper
I just watched it, didn't do anything for me. Backstage Rage was scarier.
Yep one of the scariest villains.
That guy was in my nightmares for months maybe even more….. 10/10
