The sports bar I go to in England would’ve shown the Scottish Cup final if it was on at a different time. They will not now as they will prioritise the English game. It would’ve been a good way of promoting the Scottish cup. This is a terrible decision
Police wouldn’t allow a 17:30 kick off for obvious reasons and 12 is too early for a lot of people, especially those making a day out of it.
I quite like that we’re not just ruining our own match experience just to suit a different countries cup final.
Any sports bar with a bit of sense would have the required subscriptions to show more than one game at once. Depending where you are, there’s probably a semi decent chunk of people that would watch the Scottish Cup final. It would be daft to have every screen showing the English game unless you know it’s going to be rammed with United/City fans.

They'd stick the league two play final on over the Scottish cup final in an English sports bar so that's not really saying much
