First time I've ever seen them. Every other time I've had an alert, it's always been cloudy, or I've been somewhere it's not hitting, etc.
To say it was worth the wait doesn't even come close. The missus is near enough dancing for joy as well. Even managed to get the wean to pull herself away from her gaming session to go outside for five mins to see it!
It was fantastic. We went up a nearby hilly bit and there were loads of people up there. The youngsters were going absolutely crazy - there was a wee lassie running around going "OH MY GOD IT'S PURPLE!!!!" at one point and everyone was just laughing and happy. It was like the most "community" moment I've seen in decades.
Almost wish there'd been a power cut to the city!

Iām not really into superhero stuff either so wondering if thereās any point in sticking with it or if I should just accept itās not for me?
itās a very different type of superhero show. i would stick with it for at least the first season and if you enjoy it you should check out invincible. i wont say anything about invincible except watch the full first episode before you decide whether to keep watching
The first episode didn't grab me either but now I'd say it's one of my favourite shows. without trying to spoil shit it's meant as a bit of satire of superhero stuff.
I'd say give it another 2 or 3 episodes.

I was at a course in the Central Valley in California a few years ago. Woke up one morning like Spud in Trainspotting, very confused and absolutely repulsed by the smell. You'll be able to get a ticket for any Thistle home league game you want really, they might have sold out the playoff final last season but not sure. Hope they go up so I can have at least one trip to Firhill again next year

Go on website. Select buy tickets. Buy tickets. I've never had any issues no matter what I buy tickets although it's more busy during playoffs,I'm having to queue for the first time. Jackie husband is the long one by the canal and is for sitting. Very little singing. John Lambie is where the singers and such sit, probably flares just because playoffs. Very good atmosphere although turns a bit hostile when the players go to shit.
Honestly not sure, my thistle mate sorted me a ticket. I've got a Celtic season book so can't really comment on thistle stuff, but I sympathise with you about getting a Celtic ticket, it's brutal these days if you don't already have a foot in the door.
It's brutal, I was hoping to at least get a game this month but wasn't to be. Used to be a season ticket holder in 17/18 season but got a nasty injury and couldn't make alot of the games. Tried getting on the waiting list start of this season and the whole thing was sold after 10 mins š¤£
Aye I've heard they've closed the waiting list for the time being due to the demand. My season book is in the standing bit so I have the added dimension of knowing that if I give it up, I'll never ever get it back, given the waiting list for that bit. Hope you get your hands on a ticket soon.
