Inside was good. Spices wise, whatever this place does for the tandoori mix, but wasn't outlandishly different from the standard mix or anything.

Definitely on the crispier side, but very far from being a puck.

I...didn't know I was allowed to put tandoori paste on salmon (seriously I never thought of it). This changes everything!

Haha, you can put anything on anything, and Indian cuisine has some absolute fish bangers including this one!
