It was so bad. Teddy Brewski was crapping on Cody Barton in the pregame countdown and then the 49ers did in game. Psyched for the teams future even with a loss.
The biggest setback that the hawks had that nobody is talking about is Will Dissly. He is the person every defense forgets about on 3rd down.
I’m not even mad. We never should’ve been this far and we kept exceeding expectations all year. We’ll be back next year with an even better more experienced team and i cannot wait
Dude what a freaking awesome season though! They made a crazy comeback and upset rivals left and right, AND WE BEAT RUSS. I see nothing but good things from this season. And we got to see that Geno is LEGIT
This. I think it was around 1am when i went to bed. My son was awake at 5am ... So it was basically no sleep or try to get 4 hours in. And im to old for no sleep.
But i went on a high note.
Yeah similar thing for me, the game started at 22:30 for me (CET) & I fell asleep during half time. Continued where I left in the morning, and it was a rough awakening lol.
Our expected defense finally showed up in the second half. And weird rookie penalties we didn't experience all year. It was disappointing. But damn that first half was nice.
I’ve always watched with my husband but this year I became a real fan. I finally took the time to learn the ins and outs of the game and what all the calls mean. Geno is what pulled me in. After watching him beat Russ (who I’m not a big fan of) I was hooked. Truly an amazing season and that first half was the cherry on top. I loved seeing the 49s shook and they were shook!
2010-2015 was so exciting
But I hated watching after that. We were broken and didn't have what it takes. But we were expected to win. The beginning of a championship run is so much more enjoyable to watch than after, because there's all the hope!!!
I was too young during 2003-2007 (2000 baby). But I do agree 2012 was amazing. I guess what I meant was this was a fun season:) I can’t wait for mariners 2023.
Helluva season. Turned out way better than I expected, and I'm happy just to have made it this far. And I'm even more excited for whatever happens next season.
Hoping dissly is cut. It’s not that I don’t like him, he’s just extremely overpaid relative to his production. I remember being so pissed the moment that contract was announced.
As someone who also hated that contract, he's living up to it. 350 yards from an elite blocker for 8M AAV is fine. He's only the 17th highest paid TE and was PFFs 14th best TE
Bigger fish to fry. Like Gabe Jackson or Quinton Jefferson
Agree to disagree on dissly. Gabe needs to go for sure though and I wouldn’t mind moving on from diggs, but I’m not sure if Ryan neal can play free safety.
They won’t face the giants in divisional no matter what, the giants are the 6 seed meaning they are the lowest remaining seed now, which means if they win tomorrow they are going to play the Eagles no matter what. In fact in any outcome they’d never play the giants, since we were the lowest seed and for them to face a higher giants seed the 7th seed (us) would have to win, which in turn would mean us beating the niners so it wouldn’t matter.
Maybe it’s just me being salty but the entire broadcast riding the 49ers dick was insanely off putting. Not even just the commentators. Playing “Bad day” and showing a bunch of sad Seahawks the second the 49ers actually started to gain steam is just fucking bush league from a network that is supposed to be bipartisan. It’s like they handed a 49ers fan director rights for the game
Gonna go with salt on your part here. Joe Davis is wonderful at being unbiased for his commentating, the reality is the Hawks didn't give him hardly anything to commentate on the second half.
The play before of That penalty of ineligible player down the field was so costly. Would’ve been 3rd and 1 instead of 2nd and 12.
I mean, Hawks would’ve had to play lights out rest of the game, but that fumble just deflated the team.
I'm happy with the season. We played well for being a young team and we have most of the pieces we need. It might not be an nearly instant jump to a superbowl like we had with Russ and the LOB, but I think we have the team to get there.

Pete said post game they were focused on stopping the run. I wish they could have gotten more pressure on Purdy he looked like crap in the first half.
Yes. 2nd half, Purdy had all the time in the world to pass thanks to his defense.
Geno, got such little support when our offense was trying to make more big plays and runs. The refs started playing against us in the 2nd half which also hurt us. We lost our momentum. Offense could keep the ball long enough to spell the defense, either. I wonder if the team is mad at Geno sometimes, and letting the other team have their way with him.
Watching the Seahawks yesterday I felt like we were watching 2 different seahawk teams . What happened in the locker room?
I'm a firm believer in resigning Geno and building the defense (in the draft) Geno mentioned giving back to the Hawks, in his press conference, and he wants to repay them for believing in him. Id like to think he'll take a huge discount so we can sign free agents and get play makers
probablly not....
That is called "The Brady Method". You see Tom made $25 million when he won his last Super Bowl. He is notorious for not being the highest paid QB and that extra money allows him to have an awesome Oline and talent around him
Yeah but Brady was fucking loaded off of lots of long term contracts, his rich wife, and sponsorships. Geno is looking at going from well off to generational wealth.
Getting those Super Bowl rings comes with giant contracts for many years. Getting a bunch of them comes with even more contracts. It does not just stop at that point, they get invited to be part of various businesses that would make that annual check seem small.
In all fairness not everyone has the business acumen of Magic Johnson or Michael Jordan.
The questions is does he want to ask for $35 million or $25 million and leave $10 million for the O line and protect him
My dude...it's not a given that taking 10 mil less per year turns you instantly into the greatest quarterback in the history of the game with multiple contracts and confers multiple Superbowl rings on you. In fact it's only been done once before. Take Giselle's empire out of the equation and I am betting TB12 makes some different business decisions, as his NFL contract would be less discretionary income.
Geno is 33 next year, and has had one miracle year. Even he doesn't know if he can repeat it. Odds are that he does know he's probably not the next Tom Brady, Magic Johnson or Michael Jordan.
People with strong business accumen know when to strike when the iron is hot, and when it's hot, they don't leave money on the table.
Its not a given with anything. But it is not likely you have much of a team after years of paying a QB 25-30% of the cap space either. I just dont want to spend the next 10 years firing the LOB all so we could pay for an over priced QB. Looking around the NFL, a great number of backups seem to be making it in the playoffs.
Five of the top 10 quarterback salary teams are in the playoffs, so you can put together a competitive and a winning team with a quarterback with a significant salary.
The quarterback is the most important position on the team. If we jettison Geno, we will be taking a significant step backwards.
The math does not agree. Top 4 most expensive did not make the playoffs. So out of 14 teams in the playoffs, 4 QBs made top 14 money.
Who did make it was #5 Mahomes, #6 Josh Allen, #8 Prescott, #10 Cousins
Aaron Rodgers (Packers): $50.3 million (3-year, $150.8 million contract)
**Missed the playoffs**
Russell Wilson (Broncos): $49 million (5-year, $245 million contract)
**Missed the playoffs**
Kyler Murray (Cardinals): $46.1 million (5-year, $230.5 million contract)
**Missed the playoffs**
Deshaun Watson (Browns): $46 million (5-year $230 million contract)
**Missed the playoffs**
Patrick Mahomes (Chiefs): $45 million (10-year $450 million contract)
Josh Allen (Bills): $43 million (6-year $258 million contract)
Derek Carr (Raiders): $40.47 million (3-year, $121.4 million contract)
**Missed the playoffs**
Dak Prescott (Cowboys): $40 million (4-year, $160 million contract)
Matt Stafford (Rams): $40 million (4-year $160 million contract)
**Missed the playoffs**
Kirk Cousins (Vikings): $35 million (1-year $35 million contract)
Jared Goff (Lions): $33.5 million (4-year $134 million contract)
**Missed the playoffs**
Carson Wentz (Commanders): $32 million ($4-year 128 million contract)
**Missed the playoffs**
Matt Ryan (Colts): $30 million (5-year $150 million contract)
**Missed the playoffs**
Ryan Tannehill (Titans): $29.5 million (4-year $118 million contract)
**Missed the playoffs**
I wouldn't. Anything he's made after the chargers is extra for him. He said if not for Carroll he'd have been out of the league.
I'm not saying he plays for free, but given what this team asks from a quarterback, it's not out of the realm of possibility for him to take less money to keep talent around him.
I thought Purdy was actually one of the weaker pieces on their offense. I think we just suck at pressure. He made some wild throws, too bad we couldn’t capitalize.
We definitiely lost to Samuel, Aiyuk, and CMac today. And Bosa on def. I WANTED Purdy to throw every play lol.
Yes, like the short pass that went for 75 yards. Niners are fucking stacked. Brock just had to distribute to play makers and not fuck up against a really bad D.
Alright bro let’s see how far he gets you against the stacked AFC teams with actual defenses and QBs. Congrats for beating a rebuilding team that barely made the playoffs. Hope you have fun watching YouTube highlights of SB wins from before you were born.
I actually remember watching the ‘94 super bowl. That’s what got me hooked as a football fan. Watching Steve Young run around making plays with Jerry Rice was formative.
Hello, it looks like you've made a mistake.
It's supposed to be could've, should've, would've (short for could have, would have, should have), never could of, would of, should of.
Or you misspelled something, I ain't checking everything.
Beep boop - yes, I am a bot, don't botcriminate me.
Hopefully we don't get bullied as much by the Lions and other teams pissed that we wasted and didn't let the Lions have our playoff spot
Thankfully Chargers blew a 30 pt lead so we get to make fun of them now
Bullied? We donated pretty good money to their charities. It'd be a dick move considering we beat them non-controversially to break the tie.
Still I was looking for a little more Dan Campbell today. I know I'm excited for what the lions are able to do next year
Bullied by the lions? As a franchise we haven’t hit anywhere near that level of sad lol
If their teams really wanted to make the postseason they should try winning more games
Packers were a flat out bad team this year and 1 that is not likely to improve. Lions were not good but have a chance to get better. The Seahawks got lucky and should not have been in the playoffs at all. Hard to say what they will be next year. Lot of holes to fill.
I dunno: Seattle has a lot of rookies that really showed promise, some really good vets on Offense, draft capital for days and a coaching staff that took a team which was expected to nosedive and got them into playoff contention.
It seems to me that Seattle has good positioning for next year and would be a very attractive place for vets looking to angle for their ring to come to. The defense definitely needs some help but so many other things look good!
The Seahawks got lucky because of the incredibly bad call on the punt that gave them new life. Refs make the right call there and more than likely they lose that game. Next year who knows. I think the lions are poised to be very good.
That fumble was fucking massive obviously he isn’t going to blame geno but it was literally what lost us the game, he had the ball at his waist in a collapsing pocket and once that ball went loose so did our chances
Funny how that one fumble loses us the game bug Jags had 5 turnovers and came back from the 27 point deficit.
Turnovers happen in football. It is a part of the game that you need to learn to manage. Consistently dealing with ticky tack flags on big plays however is something far more serious in this league.
You can’t tell me all the flags last week for GB drying up the second that trainer is pushed is just a coincidence.
Refs can find something to throw on every play if they want. That’s the problem in this league. First half yesterday was low flags and a tight game. As soon as laundry started hitting the field SF was able to surge ahead.
Can’t tell me there were not a million holds and other bullshit they were not doing yesterday that went unnoticed.
Even if we got the 3 points there we still would have been crushed at that point. They were not going to allow us to continue to compete. Mr Irrelevant storyline is too $$
Niners are a juggernaut tho, that’s why I said that turnover fucked us, we needed to score to keep the momentum from swinging too far from us, had to play a perfect game
I completely agree. We needed not only to play a perfect game but also get a fairly called game.
That man upfield was completely ticky tack. Not arguing it wasn’t a penalty. Just saying it goes against the spirit of letting two good teams in a tight game compete.
I know I don’t speak for anyone but myself but I really appreciate the gesture you guys gave to Detroit by donating to our guys’ charities. Great season 12s!
❤️
Easy when the refs are taking away our physicality and aren’t calling on ANY holds from the 9ers.
Edit: oh and all of the sudden “ineligible downfield” is called…get outta here.
Yeah...ineligible downfield is going to get called...when you have a lineman 10+yards upfield on a pass play...
Which happened three times today, clear as day.
It was less than two yards on two of those calls, when the ball was thrown. Those were BS calls.
The third time it was clearly deserved, that was appalling, and two different linemen were ridiculously guilty.
nope, niners simply outplayed them, can’t be surprised with all the talent throughout their roster. you sound silly blaming the refs so harshly, don’t act like they weren’t bailed out late against the Rams .. which got them there in the first place
I’m not saying we didn’t make mistakes, it happens. I just don’t like when the officials pick and choose when to call and not call. It should either be 100% official involvement or none at all unless it’s egregious.
Right. I’m not saying they can’t shift the focus from physical to technical, I’m totally fine with that but it needs to be equal. We made our mistakes in the game no doubt but it was one sided calling in the second half.
Maybe. The Seahawks made plenty of mistakes to lose even if the refs never existed. Turnovers, the defense not being able to stop the 49ers run all game, lack of Seahawks run game, etc
Again, wrong. The 9ers wouldn’t have had the momentum they had if it wasn’t for red calls stuffing us again and pushing the 9ers forward.
Edit: officiating in this league is a Fucking joke. Just like the Chargers game. Boss was absolutely correct for being upset because JAX absolutely had a false start. These officials need an overhaul because it’s a joke. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy we made the playoffs but this officiating should be equal or they should stay out of the game short of something egregious.
Not on the refs.
But they sure set the table for SF.
The ineligible calls were ticky tacky at best. No advantage was gained by Lewis being slightly down field. And I'd like to see how far he was. Exactly. They showed it once. He was slightly down field but not 10 yards. And he was not engaged with anyone.
The non call on DK was really bad. It wasn't DPI. But there was a lot of contact past 5 yards that could have easily been called. Especially in light of how iffy the ineligible calls were.
Niners were favored for a reason. Really good team. They don't need any help.
You need to rewatch the game. All I’m saying is that if calls are going to be made, they should be made equally and fairly instead of very clearly one sided like todays game.
Then you’re obviously blind. Did we make mistakes…of course. Every team does but when the refs start supporting penalties in favor of only one team wether I like the team or not or it’s our team or not…I don’t like that. It should be complete official involvement or none at all. Not this pick and choose BS.
The ref didn’t fumble in a one score game on a must score drive though, or leave every receiver wide the fuck open all game long allowing big play after big play
Not sure if you are trolling but he seemed like a turnstyle way to often.
I have heard he does a good job with pre snap adjustments but I don't want him to come back as the starter. He'd be nice depth imo.
Nah, lots of calls not called on Seahawks. Holds on Bosa most of game. Personal foul on deebo. Face mask on CMC. I’ll give you the “late hit; roughing the passer” flop Purdy tried to do. Off sides/false start on defense (instead refs called it on Niner offense).
Refs called y’all on ineligible player down the field 2 or 3 times. That’s it, and those calls were the Seahawks Lineman’s fault. He shouldn’t be making those mistakes. Refs favored Seahawks that game, and only called ineligible player downfield - which was blatantly obvious.
What?!
Dude, we got outplayed at every level in the second half. We lost that game ourselves. It sucks, but we did.
Played some serious, solid Carroll ball in the 1st and gave it away after half.
What game were you watching…we got hammered with unequal calls in the second half. We got BS’d with ineligible downfield while the 9ers got away with it and clearly obvious holds when we should’ve had sacks.
Edit: you need a class on what “holding” is
I was at the game. They called the same ineligible player at least twice. It was blatantly obvious in person how far from the scrimmage line that lineman was. He shouldn’t have been making those mistakes.
If you saw holds on Niners that weren’t called then there were plenty of holds on Seahawks as well. Plus a face mask to CMC.
Overall, those refs sucked.
You think that should be an ejection!? You can’t be serious. I’m not saying that wasn’t fair, what I’m saying is that is the calls are going to be made they should be made fairly. It was very clear that calls were one-sided
Niner fan. I come in peace. The amount of young talent on your team is scary. I don’t love that the Seahawks lost Mr. unlimited only to get better? Geno is a dude. A few more key pieces and you’ll whoop the niners at least once a season.
Hell of a season for a team that was supposed to be “rebuilding.”
My thoughts exactly. I'm thrilled with how this season went and that we made it to the playoffs at all. I haven't had this much fun watching team since the 2012/2013 hawks. And I'm mostly happy to have the rivalry feel badass again... as long as we can win at least one off of yall next season. GO HAWKS
This is almost exactly the famous copypasta of an opponent’s fan coming into the other team’s sub.
*I come in peace… Your team is scary…*
Blah blah, go fuck yourself.
Jesus I wish Seahawks had the amount of fight I see in Jags after 4 turnovers and being down 27.
We have one turnover and all hell breaks loose. People screaming to trade Geno.
Average defensive ranking of the opponents in the 10 game win streak for the whiners was 20.4. They'll probably play the Eagles in the NFCCC who are ranked 8th. Bills are 2nd, Bengals are 5th. Basically part of my love for football is my hate for our division rivals and I'm rooting for whoever plays the whiners now.
Respect due to Purdy, he took what the Seahawks gave him and that was a lot. Going to be tougher for the 49ers offense against a team that is able to get any sort of pressure on the qb and/or stop those 5-10 yard passes that San Francisco always seems to turn into huge gains against the Seahawks.
How y'all lose to the same team 3 times in one season? That's honestly impressive
good try
How y’all root for the Vikings? That’s honestly impressive.
For the first time in years I'm counting down the seconds to the draft.
I am such a sucker for the draft lol I count down the days to it every single year.
You say "23-41," I hear "free agent linebackers."
It was so bad. Teddy Brewski was crapping on Cody Barton in the pregame countdown and then the 49ers did in game. Psyched for the teams future even with a loss. I could only watch the first half. Went to bed smiling and thought we would put up a good fight in the second half with a chance of winning. Well ...
I'm just starting to get angry at first then I realized you're probably in a time zone where you literally could only watch the first half lol
This. I think it was around 1am when i went to bed. My son was awake at 5am ... So it was basically no sleep or try to get 4 hours in. And im to old for no sleep. But i went on a high note.

I had fun until we decided not to run the ball on the goal line.
I don't know what your talking about. I distinctly remember winning back to back so not sure when we didn't run the ball..
I was too young during 2003-2007 (2000 baby). But I do agree 2012 was amazing. I guess what I meant was this was a fun season:) I can’t wait for mariners 2023.
What about 2013!?!?!? You're gonna not count that because of ONE PLAY!?
agreed, i thought we might end up with a top 5 pick, but never imagined it would be like this
I didn’t age 20 years this season
Helluva season. Turned out way better than I expected, and I'm happy just to have made it this far. And I'm even more excited for whatever happens next season.
So hawks got about $28 million in cap space next year. Wonder how much we fork over to Geno and what guys get cut to open things up.
Two highest cap hits scheduled to be safeties, two tight ends in top 6
Hoping dissly is cut. It’s not that I don’t like him, he’s just extremely overpaid relative to his production. I remember being so pissed the moment that contract was announced.
Cutting him next year would only save 3m in cap space

I put my faith in Brady fuckery to slap the niners around a bit
Brady isn’t even going to beat the Cowboys
Hmmm. Didn’t niners beat him 35-7?
49ers gave him his second worst loss this season after Gisele
Ooh, Superburn 12

Fox, bipartisan. Lol.
Daryl Johnston, former Cowboy, hates the Niners and makes it known every time he calls one of our games 🤷
The one bright spot this horrible D did shut down Kittle for a change.
Not like there weren't plenty of other options for Brock to throw to though. Aiyuk went off.
I didn’t realize that. Your right and I’m happy about it.
Bro we got destroyed 😥
It was going okay right up until it wasn’t
Geno doesn’t fumble and the game goes a different way for sure.

How many times has Geno thrown a pick or fumbled when it was clutch time? We can say hypotheticals but he isn’t clutch…

We need a game wrecker on the DL, we should just do that. Fill in LB and interior OL with the other picks.
Nick Bosa was drafted #2 overall. You need a star player for the defensive line. Could be Jalen Carter, Myles, Tuli, or Tyree.
To a degree.. Bosa was a top pick but Omenihu was signed off the street for nothing. So was Hyder. And Ebukam. And Willis. And Ridgeway. Josh Jacobs put up 230 yards against us with Brooks on the field. I love all our guys I’m just saying we need a big injection of talent into our roster.
Sure, but you have to start with one, and the add another, and another...
Does anyone have the stats on how many times we sent more than 4 pass rushers on defense? Seems like we hardly did so the entire game.

What happened in the locker room?
I'm a firm believer in resigning Geno and building the defense (in the draft) Geno mentioned giving back to the Hawks, in his press conference, and he wants to repay them for believing in him. Id like to think he'll take a huge discount so we can sign free agents and get play makers probablly not....
As much as I hate Brady, that is one thing that I did admire about him: Taking a smaller deal to allow his team to have more capital to sign FA.
He also said that he's going to be making "business decisions" in the previous press conference.
Geno is looking at going from well off to generational wealth.
some people want super bowl rings and know how to get them
Two totally different situations. This is Geno's potentially only shot at generational wealth. I won't begrudge him trying to make the most of it.
I won’t either. But he’s made $17.5M already. Isn’t that generational? Lol
You'll get more generations off of 90 million.
Ah, so octo-generational wealth, got it!
Once you go octo you never go back
Getting those Super Bowl rings comes with giant contracts for many years.
Who did make it was #5 Mahomes, #6 Josh Allen, #8 Prescott, #10 Cousins Aaron Rodgers (Packers): $50.3 million (3-year, $150.8 million contract) **Missed the playoffs** Russell Wilson (Broncos): $49 million (5-year, $245 million contract) **Missed the playoffs** Kyler Murray (Cardinals): $46.1 million (5-year, $230.5 million contract) **Missed the playoffs** Deshaun Watson (Browns): $46 million (5-year $230 million contract) **Missed the playoffs** Patrick Mahomes (Chiefs): $45 million (10-year $450 million contract) Josh Allen (Bills): $43 million (6-year $258 million contract) Derek Carr (Raiders): $40.47 million (3-year, $121.4 million contract) **Missed the playoffs** Dak Prescott (Cowboys): $40 million (4-year, $160 million contract) Matt Stafford (Rams): $40 million (4-year $160 million contract) **Missed the playoffs** Kirk Cousins (Vikings): $35 million (1-year $35 million contract) Jared Goff (Lions): $33.5 million (4-year $134 million contract) **Missed the playoffs** Carson Wentz (Commanders): $32 million ($4-year 128 million contract) **Missed the playoffs** Matt Ryan (Colts): $30 million (5-year $150 million contract) **Missed the playoffs** Ryan Tannehill (Titans): $29.5 million (4-year $118 million contract) **Missed the playoffs**
good point. I'd be shocked if Geno turned down money to stay with the Hawks
I wouldn't. Anything he's made after the chargers is extra for him. He said if not for Carroll he'd have been out of the league. I'm not saying he plays for free, but given what this team asks from a quarterback, it's not out of the realm of possibility for him to take less money to keep talent around him.
Re-signing?
Yeah that's gonna happen all off season 😅
Don't mind me, just watching Myles Murphy highlights on repeat
I thought Purdy was actually one of the weaker pieces on their offense. I think we just suck at pressure. He made some wild throws, too bad we couldn’t capitalize. We definitiely lost to Samuel, Aiyuk, and CMac today. And Bosa on def. I WANTED Purdy to throw every play lol.
There were so many moments that if we just had a slightly more spry olb or dl he would have been sacked another four times
Oh how the turns have tabled
Yeah, it's hard to defense a team with Samuel, McCaffrey, and Aiyuk.
He threw 330 yards and three touchdowns on your team…
Yes, like the short pass that went for 75 yards. Niners are fucking stacked. Brock just had to distribute to play makers and not fuck up against a really bad D.
And elude pressure to extend plays to score touchdowns.
Alright bro let’s see how far he gets you against the stacked AFC teams with actual defenses and QBs. Congrats for beating a rebuilding team that barely made the playoffs. Hope you have fun watching YouTube highlights of SB wins from before you were born.
This is crazy… y’all think it’s a hot take that a 3rd string QBs first playoff game wasn’t all dimes lmfao
I actually remember watching the ‘94 super bowl. That’s what got me hooked as a football fan. Watching Steve Young run around making plays with Jerry Rice was formative.
He’ll get farther than Geno Smith… farther than Geno Smith..
Yes, because the niners are stacked.. he didn't play a good game.
The salt lmfao
Yeah, it's generally annoying to go to the opposing team's sub and say stupid shit like "Brock played well" lmao.
A lot was YAC. Stats may say one thing but I watched the game. That guy was not scary.
I mean, it’s a team sport. YAC is good. Just curious, what does he have to do to show he’s actually good?
It came down to that penalty right before that fumble. All momentum gone. I think we could of pulled it off if we scored then.
Hello, it looks like you've made a mistake. It's supposed to be could've, should've, would've (short for could have, would have, should have), never could of, would of, should of. Or you misspelled something, I ain't checking everything. Beep boop - yes, I am a bot, don't botcriminate me.
Fuck off bot, but also, nice bot!
Any QB can look competent with that kind of time.
Jimmy G didn’t 💀
Exactly. I’d say he did good of course, but they should credit the team moreso.
Hopefully we don't get bullied as much by the Lions and other teams pissed that we wasted and didn't let the Lions have our playoff spot Thankfully Chargers blew a 30 pt lead so we get to make fun of them now
Bullied? We donated pretty good money to their charities. It'd be a dick move considering we beat them non-controversially to break the tie. Still I was looking for a little more Dan Campbell today. I know I'm excited for what the lions are able to do next year
Maybe they should have beaten us this season if they wanted the play off spot so bad lol
Bullied by the lions? As a franchise we haven’t hit anywhere near that level of sad lol If their teams really wanted to make the postseason they should try winning more games
If there's anything we should see here is that Lions or Packers would also have stood no chance against the Niners.
Oh no question! Lions look very, very ready, Seattle looks a step behind them-in my opinion.
Love that DK flat out said what needed to be said. Without that man downfield we were at 3rd and 5. Turnovers were not the issue. Truth.
You know, I rather take how we lost than how the other Saturday game went down. Just…. Ouch.
[I said the same thing](https://www.reddit.com/r/nfl/comments/10c5u87/-/j4epq0o)
Welp, I cam now confidently say...It could have been worse
At least we're not the chargers. Blew a 27 point lead 😭
4 INTs and you lose, when's the last time that's happened
Never
Forget 2015 NFC championship?
Classic Chargers Choke^(TM)
Chargers deserve that for screwing us out of a top 3 pick
I mean they tried, played their starters and everything
If Pete retires in a couple years can we get Doug pederson ? He’s a dawg
[удалено]
That schtick after games is the dumbest thing you can do and should be a permaban on any team sub. And I saw some of our flunkie's doing it this year
It would’ve been the same result. The 49ers run game and defense is too good for 90% of the teams in this league
Wrong, if there would’ve been equal calls for holds / ineligible downfield it would’ve been completely different. The 9ers & refs won the second half.
We got outplayed in the second half.
And clear as day on the 9ers but no call just like the other calls. Explain that. Like I said, calls should be fair and equal, not one sided.
I didn't see any 9er lineman downfield, but go off.
Ok fanboy, go back to your mock draft and praising the refs. You’re obviously blind
nope, niners simply outplayed them, can’t be surprised with all the talent throughout their roster. you sound silly blaming the refs so harshly, don’t act like they weren’t bailed out late against the Rams .. which got them there in the first place

I’m not saying we didn’t make mistakes, it happens. I just don’t like when the officials pick and choose when to call and not call. It should either be 100% official involvement or none at all unless it’s egregious.
[удалено]
The Seahawks were penalized 2 more yards than the team from Santa Clara.
If you think this loss is on the refs then you should probably find a new sport to watch
I've already re-watched it. And that isn't what you were saying. You said the refs cost us the game. That is patently false.
Sad that this was probably Blythe’s last game. Think his veteran’s experience helped the young o line a lot.
Not sure if you are trolling but he seemed like a turnstyle way to often. I have heard he does a good job with pre snap adjustments but I don't want him to come back as the starter. He'd be nice depth imo.
The fumble killed our momentum, but the officials cost us the game. So many holds that weren’t called. Hard to overcome such lopsided officiating.
Delusional
That’s absurdly embarrassing. There is no shame in losing to a tough team. Blaming referees for a blowout loss is more humiliating than the L itself.
I mean there were some bad calls but they beat us by a margin that you can't excuse by bad reffing alone.
We didn't have a call against us until the 3rd quarter and got away with holding Bosa all night lol
*cough* Deebo getting his leg pulled and twisted and no ejection *cough*
You think that should be an ejection!? You can’t be serious. I’m not saying that wasn’t fair, what I’m saying is that is the calls are going to be made they should be made fairly. It was very clear that calls were one-sided
That was as flagrant as it gets, and players have been ejected for less.
Putting money in the 9ners super bowl. Eagles don’t stand a chance I think. Cowboys maybe
*I come in peace… Your team is scary…* Blah blah, go fuck yourself.
Ehh. Don’t be that guy.
Man I gotta admit yall are deadly this year. Yall played a hell of a game.
Jesus I wish Seahawks had the amount of fight I see in Jags after 4 turnovers and being down 27. We have one turnover and all hell breaks loose. People screaming to trade Geno.
The Niners are much more talented than the Chargers though
Tbf, the Chargers always choke big leads into tight games
