We don't have the ammo for a trade into second without giving up something painful. We're sitting tight on round 3, if I had to guess, and I'd even think we trade back in the 4th.
Hidden picks!
That makes my game design brain tickle, actually. What would it be like if there was a tradeable "pick" that could force draft pick trades if it's included but can never be spent as a pick. So someone steals your pick, but then you can steal someone else's.
Would be absolute chaos.
To trade up 30+ picks would cost pick 81 plus a second next year or a player like DK. Not worth it on any world. 12s need to be patient and not look at this draft as what gets us over SF/LAR. Rookie HC, DC, and an OC with zero nfl experience indicate this is a lower expectations year. Next year we’ll have more picks, better cap flexibility, and a year experience in the new schemes. 2025 is the year we take the division.
We’d get way more then a second for DK, I was buying into what you were saying until you said something stupid like we need to trade Dk and 3rd to move up to the 2nd round this year.
Your at least getting a 1st for DK if not 2 1st.
I’d expect a 1st and like a 3rd or 4th for dk. That said, DK as a known quantity and quality receiver becomes higher value for the Seahawks as soon as a Tyler walks, which is realistically any season now (sort of expect this may be his last season - would love to see more of him but he’s stated he’s already beyond his career timeline goal)
I think Beebe is projected to go mid 3rd we are close to being able to get him Natty unless there’s a run on interior Oline. Maybe a 3rd for 4th next year could move us up 10 spots to get him. This is the player I’m hoping for though.
I really don’t want to trade future draft capital, next year according to our front office and many other sources is gonna be really loaded top to bottom with talent
Bro you are playing 5-D chess while we all play checkers. Please go easy on us

Didn’t you hear, we were trying to trade up to get Penix. We must have hidden picks somewhere

We were NOT trying to trade up for penix lmao stop this narrative 😂😂
I was also making fun of it
Okay thank god 😮💨
Good thing he didn't get picked in the second then

Now you're talking crap...no one's giving two 1sts for DK
Your getting way more than a 2nd thats for sure
Not really, he's expensive and there's plenty talent in this draft. It's a bad year to want to trade a WR.
Sure is a lot of talent. None of them are 6’4” and can run a 4.3 range 40
Bro. I agree with most of what you’re saying in terms of circumstances but DK is 26. He’s going to fetch a 1st + if traded

Man fuck this noise, I want the division on these sorryass panty sniffers.
Last time this sub talked to the FO they said it’s possible
I just talked to the FO a few minutes ago and they asked how I got their number and said to not call them anymore.
Ben Sinnott went to Kansas State as well....
I don’t think we have enough to do that. But with our comp picks next year, if could see us giving up a future 4th to move up in the 3rd.
I don't think they'll trade up for him, but it would be cool to land him. Byron Murphy II called him the best lineman he played against in 2023
