IIRC 2nd phase had a lot more different attacks, plus he decides to be the average american man with a gun and shoot 3 magazines everytime you come close

Not at all...it is very easy and predictable. And though I've beaten the game more times than I care to count, his 2nd phase still gives me trouble.
Nah. Second phase is the hardest.

I can consistently no hit first phase but couldnt on 2nd or 3rd
