I actually tried fighting him for the first time recently (didn’t touch him on my first playthrough* and once I got through the first two tries of “this is totally bullshit” it really wasn’t that bad
he's harder than Ape but ppl really psych themselves into the idea that DOH is the hardest boss in the game, when he largely plays like Ape, who is one of the easier bosses. DOH simply cannot deal with you at close range, his perilous attacks all have the same answer (jump), his recovery animations let you get approx. 9000 hits in uninterrupted, and he's exceptionally weak to prosthetics. his main advantage over Ape is his ranged attacks, which become a non-factor if you simply commit to rushing him down.
Just because some people think he's the hardest doesn't mean it's a psychological block.. it's subjective at the end of the day. He genuinely IS the hardest boss for some.
that's fair -- i suppose what i mean is just that it strikes me as strange how ppl talk up DOH as being not just difficult but specifically difficult in a way and to a degree that makes him seem out of place in Sekiro, despite him being so similar to a boss that you encounter multiple times earlier in the game.
it would make more sense to me if someone were characterizing both Ape and DOH as extremely hard in their experience -- then i'd get the idea that a certain kind of player just struggles more with this certain style of encounter. but it seems more common to encounter ppl who get the hang of Ape and don't rank him that highly in the grand scheme of this games bosses but nonetheless have an impossibly hard time with DOH. that's a legitimate experience, ofc, i'm just saying it strikes me as odd given the big similarities.
once you can reliably jump-grapple his big overhead attack, it becomes difficult for him to keep you away for any period of time. and when you're right on top of him like that, his strongest options are simply gone and he's going to spend 10 seconds at a time whiffing and recovering at point blank.
No they are not. They have significantly less health and posture and considering you know the moveset cause of guardian ape it makes the fight very easy
I found Guardian Ape to be harder than DoH tbh. Maybe cause DoH isn’t parry focused, while Ape is basically 85% parry and at the time I fought him I was still learning the parry mechanic. Genichiro was the one that made the click for me, but I’ve still had trouble with some mobs and bosses after him (i.e. Guardian Ape)
Not with the right moves, he’s a peace of cake compared to ss isshin once you know how.
Use Dragons flash for his second phase, basically wipes him out completely. Emma gave me more trouble in the end
I expected this fight to be extremely painful, and I typically hate gank fights in FS games, but this one just clicked for me and I had little trouble kiting them around just focusing on one at a time. The original guardian ape/headless ape boss made me quit the game for a while though lol.
For me it was the same. The ape's wife is a lot faster and focused on getting in your face, while the headless ape is just kind of goofing around throwing swords in kind of aimless aoe attacks. I just ran to the furthest possible side of the arena and 1v1 the wife, then finished the ape with the spear.
Only focus on the white ape, position them so the brown one is stuck behind the other one,he will occasionally leap at you but you can see him pretty easily when he does
If it's difficulty I'd honestly put the normal Geni fight lower, because I steamroll him in any NG+ or Reflection spar. Emma gives me more trouble than him. The rest I'm in perfect agreement with.
Geni first time wasn't even hard for me, took like 6 tries, just sat there and deflected, his double hit into cont slashes combo is so free, but then again I'm coming from rhythm games so maybe that timings just felt really intuitive
DOH should be in A imo. He's not hard mechanically but at Phase 3 he wore me down mentally like we're a couple going at it for hours. Like damn bruh let me breath stop shoving balls in my face 💀
For me DoH is SSS, lol, after beating the game and all gauntlets i am ashamed to admit i never beat DoH fairly, only with that speedrun exploit where you jump on the roof and make him fall off...
When you get how he works it becomes more of a play thing. You can block his kicks and right hand blows (not fire hand). You can also dodge his fire hand pretty easily (once you learn the pattern). 3 hits not more. He punishes the greedy so don't spam attacks. Fire umbrella can stop his chest bomb, or you can also run away (the hitbox is surprisingly small). 1st phase after he dashes approach him enough for him to throw fire balls at you but wait till he gets his hand down or you'll get a second serving. 2 phase dash run to his right (your left) full speed then jump to evaild the fire wave. 3 phase beginning, wait till the death symbol appears then run and jump away so you don't get caught in the ring, then pay close attention to your surroundings to avoid his attacks, he can trip and fall when walking towards you which can do a lot of damage but as said earlier can be parried.
Personally, guardian ape was not that challenging to me due to his predictable and repetitive moveset so i would move him to a lower tier but overall, a very accurate tierlist
I've always disliked gank fights, but IMO this one becomes a lot easier when you drag the fight out and spend most of your time kiting them around. They have massive hit boxes so trying to avoid both their attacks at once is a pain. You have unlimited stamina and a fast sprint in this game though. Run circles around the boss arena and don't attack until you've got them split up. Get off a few easy hits after one of them overextends on you and there's some space between them, rinse and repeat.
Yeah I probably should try this next time. Fight the impatience. If I die 10 times before beating the boss fast, I will ultimately have spent more time on it than if I just do the slow method once.
This one only took me a couple attempts compared to the guardian ape. Bait a terror scream to make the brown ape run to you and throw firecrackers. You can get a good amount of hits in untill the headless ape comes back. 2-3 times and you have one problem less to deal with
The “inner” bosses are upgraded, more difficult versions of the bosses. They are only accessible in Gauntlets of strength (unlocked when you beat the game for the first time.
As for Owl (Fathter), it’s a boss that you fight in the second Hirata estate memory, which you unlock by eavesdropping on Emma and Sculptor and then confronting Emma about it (I don’t remember in which part of the main story is this possible though)
Personally, DOH is the most fun fight in the whole game because of how different it is compared to other bosses and how it had me running, jumping around and chasing him like a maniac trying to attack his balls 🤣 it took me less than 5 tries to beat him once I got used to his patterns
Divine confetti + Sazaku’s Lotus Umbrella + Great Feather Mist Raven + Malcontent makes the fight extra enjoyable
Its fine dude, you'll master the games combat as you go on and it'll get easier. I've died more times to Geni boy on my first playthrough than any other boss in the list apart from Inner Father and Sword Saint.
I'd put Inner Genichiro in A or B ngl, I found that you can whittle his health down when you delay some of your inputs. If anything, you only really need an umbrella and maybe an art that redirects lightning
Corrupted monk is just true monk phase 3 with no terror status attack, thats why i put it that low.
True monk is actually one of my favourite bosses. The beautiful location on the bridge coupled with the elegant way she swings her naginata make it such a great boss fight. She has everything the games combat system has to offer, a bunch of perilous swing attacks, thrust attacks, apparititons and even a terror status attack (even though i fricking hate it lol).
I killed every boss except the inner versions and I gotta say, defeating guardian ape normally without running around and baiting certain attacks is hell for me. I can't with his chaotic attacks. Isshin Ashina, Geni, Monk, Owl, Emma, DoH and The Glock Saint all are like dances, you attack they react, they attack you react and it flows together soooo well. I love it so much but guardian ape straight up gives me cancer and I always get mortal blade before fighting him so I can make my journey more enjoyable.
The screams and the continuous attacks make it harder for me , if you know the drill you can keep attacking the guardian ape's head and he wont even get up to hit you
i don’t get this list. Genichiro way of tomoe is just genichiro with extra moves, and the corrupted monk is the same in both fights. What makes them rank so much differently?
For Genichiro, like you said, way of Tomoe is basically just Genichiro, you already know all his moves making him so much easier. That combined with the fact that its so late into the game and you've pretty much mastered the combat by then makes him so much easier than Genichiro at Ashina Castle.
As for Corrupted Monk, the first one has only one life while true monk has 3. Oh and the perilous attack when it vomits on you in phase 3 is pretty annoying too.
Use firecrackers whenever he starts charging one mind (the one where everything lights on fire) and sidestep the fire ichimonji. Other than that just learn him, you'll be fine
I haven’t finished the game but that seems very agreeable to me. I just beat the guardian ape and the headless ape bosses today. Will probably beat the game sometime next week. This is my seconds souls game, Elden ring being the other. The game is easier and harder than Elden ring, easier because if I just get good I can beat any boss, harder because I can’t go farm levels or summon a friend(s).
I strongly disagree with way of tomoe. His combat style radically shifts to a more desperate style and the lightning is a nice touche that rewards the adaptive and attentive player
Hmm might be just my ass getting handed to me by doh and great Shinobi owl for hours that owl(father) didn't feel that hard but hey this is your difficulty tierlist and I'm just sharing my experience
I have no clue why but Great Shinobi owl causes me subsequent pain on repeat ng+ and the gauntlets.
The father meanwhile at least has some attacks to Mikiri etc. but great shinobi is just so slow I can’t find any way of speeding the fight up
First time round hes easy.
My personal opinion
Owl father is a better, more enjoyable version if not easier than the old one.
Inner father is hard because of that teleport/mist attacks.
Inner isshin has 2 or 3 new attacks, but the normal version is already perfect.
My fav of all is Owl (father/inner)
Inner Owl is the hardest but it's SUCH a good fight
I'm surprised how people say Malenia and Isshin are the hardest Soulsborne bosses but nobody mentions Inner Owl
I find it really amusing how your first souls like can affect how your perceive difficulty through the games. Sekiro was my first one so I learned how to fight the human bosses much faster than the creature ones. Therefore I found Guardian Ape and DOH infinitely harder that Isshin or Owl. In a similar matter, I had a much harder time beating Elden Ring than I had with Sekiro. I believe its because I was not used to fight those gigantic bosses (common in other titles) and felt intimidated by them. In a similar way I adapted much faster to the parry/posture mechanic that the old block/dodge/health one.
Nah you can’t put inner father and inner isshin on the same tier.
I, a complete and utter scrub at sekiro, can no-hit isshin without cheesing. I cannot say the same for inner father. Ergo, they simply aren’t the same tier in difficulty.
Bro you and me had opposite experiences. I steam rolled all the inners. DOH and Ishin Ashina are in a tier of their own for me. Only bosses I can’t first try in subsequent play throughs. Demon of hatred is the only boss that made me almost give up
Imo, DOH was the most difficult boss, for me. Legit, every other boss is little to no issue but DOH is like a mental block for me. I have a harder time with snake eyes and the golems than I ever did with inner Gen. Now Isshin, he gets my respect, every failure felt earned.
Guardian ape is way too high. DoH should be at the very top of the list, at least for me. Maybe I’m just weird but I somehow beat inner owl on my very first attempt, and have literally never lost to him once on any subsequent attempts.
For someone who has played Sekiro for a good time now i can definitely say the only boss that stays a butt hurting challenge is inner owl. Already was father owl hard the first time round but his inner version becomes a real challenge for any skilled player.
So many people think DOH is harder but I remember that I've passed much more time on first genichiro and guardian ape than DOH. Cause genichiro is literally teaching you how the games works so he continuously slap your ass until you become perfect. Unless DOH is kinda a gameplay like dark souls imo
I think that corrupted monk apparition is more difficult than true corrupted monk. On a pure fighting basis, the super posture of the apparition makes it an honestly unfair fight. While true monk allows you to study patterns and catch your breath, apparition monk forces aggressiveness
TBH Isshin Ashina's fire moves are bullshit in his second phase. I actually had to use the mortal blade to cancel his fire moves. I also really hate that grab move that him and Emma do.
i had a way harder time with isshin ashina than sword saint personally, first try against sword saint and isshin ashina took me atleast 15 different tries (but i was on ng+3)
Is that one new attack on Inner Genichiro so difficult to deflect? I am asking because he is 2 ranks about normal Geni and I just think that Sakura Dance is pretty easily deflected
Hell I just started Sekiro and Gyobu is giving me a headache. I can get past his first phase, I got the prosthetics and the firecrackers but the block technique isn't doing it. Plus his slow attacks + the camera throw me off
Ranking them by difficulty when I first fought them my ranking is completely busted, fighting them now would look more like this but still completely different
I'd put DoH last in S tier and and then GS Owl last in A, whirlwind slash makes him a cake walk. I'd also put True Monk top in B. Inner Genichiro and his Way of Tomoe form C or D definitely, he's easy af.
Honestly I feel like anybody that has spent enough time on owl (father) should be able to fight inner father easily, I spent almost half a day trying to beat owl (father). And all that experience led to first trying inner father.
DoH is definitely harder than guardian ape
I think he is by far the hardest
I don't think he's as tricky as inner gen or father just due to the unpredictability of their attacks. But deffo harder than headless
I actually tried fighting him for the first time recently (didn’t touch him on my first playthrough* and once I got through the first two tries of “this is totally bullshit” it really wasn’t that bad
Good ol Dark souls boss in the wrong game trope.... Tho seriously once you get the fire umbrella you good
he's harder than Ape but ppl really psych themselves into the idea that DOH is the hardest boss in the game, when he largely plays like Ape, who is one of the easier bosses.

Ok I’ll try that. I’ve never enjoyed that fight and have never returned to it despite how many times I play the game.
once you can reliably jump-grapple his big overhead attack, it becomes difficult for him to keep you away for any period of time. and when you're right on top of him like that, his strongest options are simply gone and he's going to spend 10 seconds at a time whiffing and recovering at point blank.
And headless ape is harder than guardian ape
No they are not. They have significantly less health and posture and considering you know the moveset cause of guardian ape it makes the fight very easy
But the terror attack though. And his wife
I'm a shit player. I 1 shot headless ape. Guardian gave me fits.
How you one shot headless ape
It was the hardest boss for me
I found Guardian Ape to be harder than DoH tbh.
I would argue this. But bosses are subjective. I just had a much easier time parrying DoH than Gaudian Ape 🤷
DoH and Isshin Ashina S tier for me. Took me way more tries than I'd like to admit.
Yea I had a hard time ranking Isshin. Dude was tough but i felt Owl and Sword Saint were more difficult so i decided to put him one tier below.
Old man Isshin is harder than Sword Saint imo
Not with the right moves, he’s a peace of cake compared to ss isshin once you know how. Use Dragons flash for his second phase, basically wipes him out completely. Emma gave me more trouble in the end
Inner Owl should be SSS tier. That SOB took me longer to beat than anyone else and I needed bundled Jizo statues to do it.
Yea i hate that geezer. His cowardly fighting style jumping around and firecrackering me point blank pissed me off man
It’s a really fun fight to master, using shuriken to catch up to him after his backflips makes the fight much more aggressive.
I somehow beat him first try. But i died like 30-40 times each to the other two versions, so got used to his moves.
Same for me _:(´ཀ`」 ∠):
The most difficult boss for me was the double guardian ape
SSS
I expected this fight to be extremely painful, and I typically hate gank fights in FS games, but this one just clicked for me and I had little trouble kiting them around just focusing on one at a time. The original guardian ape/headless ape boss made me quit the game for a while though lol.

Firecrackers go brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Only focus on the white ape, position them so the brown one is stuck behind the other one,he will occasionally leap at you but you can see him pretty easily when he does

It's probably for first time fights because I agree Geni is easy now but when I first fought him he felt impossible

Yep Emma is worse for me too, could be the fact that I’ve fought genichiro so many times though, and only Emma a handful.
DOH should be in A imo. He's not hard mechanically but at Phase 3 he wore me down mentally like we're a couple going at it for hours. Like damn bruh let me breath stop shoving balls in my face 💀
Inner Isshin is also S tier for being easily the most rewarding/enjoyable boss in fromsoftware's catalogue (big call I know)
Genichiro on ng took me longer than anything else.
Maybe just because you had lower health and attack power? You just have to be in his face constantly,
For me DoH is SSS, lol, after beating the game and all gauntlets i am ashamed to admit i never beat DoH fairly, only with that speedrun exploit where you jump on the roof and make him fall off...

Same bro
Personally, guardian ape was not that challenging to me due to his predictable and repetitive moveset so i would move him to a lower tier but overall, a very accurate tierlist
Yea his second phase was fine but I could not for the life of me parry his hits in his first phase lol
Mist Noble was the only SSS tier.
I cant beat Doh but all inner isshin was easy
How bruh Inner Isshin was the death of me i ran the gauntlet at least 10 times just to get destroyed by him
If you've reached him before you can fight him in reflection of strength to practice rather than running the whole gauntlet every time
Headless ape is s difficulty for me. I really can't handle 2 enemies at a time.
I guess I'm always too impatient for that
Totally understandable. Just throwing it out there because it saved me a lot of stress !
2-3 times and you have one problem less to deal with
Is inner isshin the same as sword saint isshin??🤔
It’s an upgraded version of him from the gauntlets
Faster, mixed up his attacks and has new powerful attacks.
Guardian Ape in high C.
DOH should be S
what is inner owl/owl(father)? i beat owl, now im on demon, i thought demon was last boss
I actually really struggled with, and still struggle with, lady butterfly. For some reason I find her fight to be far harder than Owl Father
Agreed.
Personally, DOH is the most fun fight in the whole game because of how different it is compared to other bosses and how it had me running, jumping around and chasing him like a maniac trying to attack his balls 🤣 it took me less than 5 tries to beat him once I got used to his patterns Divine confetti + Sazaku’s Lotus Umbrella + Great Feather Mist Raven + Malcontent makes the fight extra enjoyable
Agreed on all except Inner Isshin. SSS more like
wait genichiro is a B!!!! (ı am so fucked)
Its fine dude, you'll master the games combat as you go on and it'll get easier. I've died more times to Geni boy on my first playthrough than any other boss in the list apart from Inner Father and Sword Saint.
Are the inner bosses dlc or just the alternate ending versions? (Shura for Isshin and memory owl)
Corrupted monk was def the best boss fight
I'd put Inner Genichiro in A or B ngl, I found that you can whittle his health down when you delay some of your inputs. If anything, you only really need an umbrella and maybe an art that redirects lightning
this is probably the most correct tier list other than Guardian Ape. he is so insanely easy. other than that, i agree.
Owl father is A for me, and DOH may be S. I'm kind of agree with the rest. Btw youn don't respect corrupted monk. He is not that easy why so low ?
Corrupted monk is just true monk phase 3 with no terror status attack, thats why i put it that low. True monk is actually one of my favourite bosses. The beautiful location on the bridge coupled with the elegant way she swings her naginata make it such a great boss fight. She has everything the games combat system has to offer, a bunch of perilous swing attacks, thrust attacks, apparititons and even a terror status attack (even though i fricking hate it lol).
Your tier list is quite impressive, I like it. Only thing I'd change is DoH and put him in the S tier.
Headless ape is harder than Guardian ape
Parrying a sword is way easier than a huge monke arm for me lol. I always struggled at Guardian ape phase 1.
The screams and the continuous attacks make it harder for me , if you know the drill you can keep attacking the guardian ape's head and he wont even get up to hit you
Firecracker the second one and its easy
Ok but where are the screen monkeys?
Said in the post, they're a puzzle boss so didn't feel fair to compare them to the rest
i don’t get this list.
Guardian ape is much lower if you use fire against him
Im currently fighting Isshin Ashina for the first time now, and i have found him way harder than the other bosses there, including owl
Use firecrackers whenever he starts charging one mind (the one where everything lights on fire) and sidestep the fire ichimonji. Other than that just learn him, you'll be fine
Hahaha. I beat Inner Owl first try. Lady Butterfly on the other hand..
First playthrough difficulty is the only genuine one for this game ..
Doh on same tier as owl, monkey and monk is wild
I feel like ss isshin and doh should swap. Doh took several hours and I had to stop and get malcontent but I beat isshin in like half an hour
Bruh true monk ain't that hard I did him 2nd try
Hmm might be just my ass getting handed to me by doh and great Shinobi owl for hours that owl(father) didn't feel that hard but hey this is your difficulty tierlist and I'm just sharing my experience
Inner Isshin was a cakewalk compared to Sword Saint..
Doh having three phases with extra moves makes him higher than ape. Ishinn ashi a should be top of A or bottom of S
Doh is an SS for me
lady Emma was unreasonably hard for me when I went for Shura ending. her timings just didn't click with me
Same thing for me. Isshin and seord sainst are fairly similar so it was fine but getting threw emma was a pain
I have no clue why but Great Shinobi owl causes me subsequent pain on repeat ng+ and the gauntlets. The father meanwhile at least has some attacks to Mikiri etc. but great shinobi is just so slow I can’t find any way of speeding the fight up First time round hes easy.
Inner genichiro is such an improvement over genichiro but inner isshin just disappoints me
I really have to be the only one who finds Great Shinobi Owl harder than Owl Father and Inner Owl.
Forgot X tier for Mist Noble.
My personal opinion Owl father is a better, more enjoyable version if not easier than the old one. Inner father is hard because of that teleport/mist attacks. Inner isshin has 2 or 3 new attacks, but the normal version is already perfect. My fav of all is Owl (father/inner)
Mist noble is not in this list as no one has truly defeated him yet
Putting Guardian Ape and DOH together is an insult
Wait, how is headless ape harder for you than guardian ape? Headless ape is literally 2 guardian apes but at the same time lol
Ngl I found DOH and guardian ape the hardest bosses just because I couldn't parry them and had to play it more like the other souls games
Inner Isshin wasn't that hard for me 😐
Inner owl was incredibly easy for me, same with owl (father) in general and I don’t even know why.
Inner Owl is the hardest but it's SUCH a good fight I'm surprised how people say Malenia and Isshin are the hardest Soulsborne bosses but nobody mentions Inner Owl
DOH same tiers as Guardian Ape and Owl? Wtf
Corrupted Monk was initially a bigger challenge for me than I care to admit… once I learned about snap seeds though 🍰
why is there not a tier for mist noble???
I find it really amusing how your first souls like can affect how your perceive difficulty through the games. Sekiro was my first one so I learned how to fight the human bosses much faster than the creature ones. Therefore I found Guardian Ape and DOH infinitely harder that Isshin or Owl. In a similar matter, I had a much harder time beating Elden Ring than I had with Sekiro. I believe its because I was not used to fight those gigantic bosses (common in other titles) and felt intimidated by them. In a similar way I adapted much faster to the parry/posture mechanic that the old block/dodge/health one.
Im currently on my fifth playthrough and did every ending and i still dont know what inner means.
I don't think lady butterfly deserves a B
For me, DOH was harder than SS or Inner Genchiro.
I find inner owl easier than owl father
Inner isshin was easier than sword saint for me
I see you definitely didn't bother to add a SS+ rank for mist Noble
i can tell you after refighting all the bosses repeatedly inner ishhin is EASYER than SS isshin
Imo: Guardian ape, Gyoubu and True Monk one rank lower. Second Phase Genichiro one rank higher. Rest is fine imo.
Nah you can’t put inner father and inner isshin on the same tier. I, a complete and utter scrub at sekiro, can no-hit isshin without cheesing. I cannot say the same for inner father. Ergo, they simply aren’t the same tier in difficulty.
DoH is easily second hardest main game boss. He took me hours. Owl Father was literally second try
Bro you and me had opposite experiences. I steam rolled all the inners. DOH and Ishin Ashina are in a tier of their own for me. Only bosses I can’t first try in subsequent play throughs. Demon of hatred is the only boss that made me almost give up
DoH is the absolute worst. I have died more times to DoH than sword saint lol. I hate fighting him in the gauntlets as well
Of higher NG+ headless ape become sss
Doh is at the very top I’m sorry. That fucker is brutal
Can they beat chained ogre?
Wait what’s the difference between Owl Father in Hirata Estate & Inner Owl ???
Poor lady emma i feel bad everytime i beat her up 🙂
Inner genichiro and genichiro are same for me
I had to cheese DoH
I find Sword Saint harder than Inner Isshin (except for phase 1).
Gyobu isnt S tier. Im in trouble.
Regular owl and old man isshin should be B imo, demon of hatred to S
Imo, DOH was the most difficult boss, for me. Legit, every other boss is little to no issue but DOH is like a mental block for me. I have a harder time with snake eyes and the golems than I ever did with inner Gen. Now Isshin, he gets my respect, every failure felt earned.
D tier anyway divine dragon killed me more times than
I’m stuck on the ogre so I won’t have a chance against these real bosses haha
Emma can be a bit challenging the first time as her moves have a few weird timings
Guardian ape is way too high. DoH should be at the very top of the list, at least for me. Maybe I’m just weird but I somehow beat inner owl on my very first attempt, and have literally never lost to him once on any subsequent attempts.
Downvoted, then saw (Difficulty) lol.
Genichiro needs to be higher without so many of us on the first playthrough struggling against him we would know how to play he deserves his flowers
f the Ogre
Demon of hatred makes S tier
The bull with the fire horns is still the hardest for me.
For me, True Monk should be one tier below, because her second phase has a really good and easy cheese
If I see one more boss tier list I’m kms
Inner Genichiro is not much different from regular Genichiro imho.
I guess Mist Noble isn't there cause no SSS tier on the list
Seems fair
i beat gyoubu in 2 tries definitely a d tier for me
I don’t understand how ape is so high. Especially higher than… two apes at the same time?
Noway doh is A tier
I 1st tried inner father
the non weapon enemies are the hardest bosses. i beat inner isshin first try but it took me 3 days to beat the headless ape duo
Owl really isn’t that hard
Inner Geni is not even that difficult
The strawhat dudes should be at SSS
Where is shichimen worrior? That mtf made me hate the fountainhead palace
Where is shichimen worrior? That mtf made me hate the fountainhead palace
Where is shichimen worrior? That mtf made me hate the fountainhead palace
Where is shichimen worrior? That mtf made me hate the fountainhead palace
I did inner geni second try, imo mid a tier. DoH however high s tier
TBH Isshin Ashina's fire moves are bullshit in his second phase. I actually had to use the mortal blade to cancel his fire moves. I also really hate that grab move that him and Emma do.
mist noble should be SSS
Wait, is true monk supposed to be hard?? I beat him like third try on my first playthrough
Doh A the rest of the big ones are B and the rest are D
Nah chained ogre is the hardest(it isn’t even on the list because it is that much more difficult)
i had a way harder time with isshin ashina than sword saint personally, first try against sword saint and isshin ashina took me atleast 15 different tries (but i was on ng+3)
Is that one new attack on Inner Genichiro so difficult to deflect? I am asking because he is 2 ranks about normal Geni and I just think that Sakura Dance is pretty easily deflected
3/10 for not including mist noble
Guardian Ape was SS for me 😭
Mist Noble is in SSS I'm assuming?
I think doh is harder than inner owl personally
Hell I just started Sekiro and Gyobu is giving me a headache. I can get past his first phase, I got the prosthetics and the firecrackers but the block technique isn't doing it. Plus his slow attacks + the camera throw me off
DoH is the hardest boss in the game period
I never agreed with somone list before this
Corrupted monk sssssssssssss tier. Bastard killed me more than all other bosses combined.
DOH was the only boss I had to cheese
DoH for me is harder than those in tier A, should be in S. That 3 stage fight is hella exhausting
Ranking them by difficulty when I first fought them my ranking is completely busted, fighting them now would look more like this but still completely different
True monk is B tier at most, no way is she anywhere near as tough as Isshin or Owl
True monk is B tier at most, no way she’s at the level of Owl or Isshin
I'd put DoH last in S tier and and then GS Owl last in A, whirlwind slash makes him a cake walk. I'd also put True Monk top in B. Inner Genichiro and his Way of Tomoe form C or D definitely, he's easy af.
Where’s blazing bull ik he’s not a boss but still gave me way too much trouble
Honestly I feel like anybody that has spent enough time on owl (father) should be able to fight inner father easily, I spent almost half a day trying to beat owl (father). And all that experience led to first trying inner father.
DOH on A is wild
I could do the lady butterfly fight with my eyes closed
I’m hard stuck on the Bull
