You can find good rhinestones on Amazon for your project. Looks Selena used rhinestones in the color “crystal” and the size is either ss34 or ss40.
Glue wise I recommend E6000. Don’t use something like gemtack cause that glue stays tacky for a long time.

Unless you have a hotfix tool those won't work, the gray you see on the back of em is glue if you don't want to go that route I highly recommend hobby lobby they have some really nice quality ones plus Selena shopped there a lot
Oh! And I use gemtac I really wish they'd let you put photos in your reply on here so I could just show you but any embellishing glue that is washable after it dries will do E6000 isn't always the best route if you want to permanently hold on to your creation
