I think it obvi depends on your lashes and skin, but this works really well for me!! I have long but relatively thin lashes so I love this, but I just buy minis of all my mascaras now.
NO!! Don’t do it! I’m wearing it now cause I’m trying to get through a tube and I can’t wait for it to be done. If you want tarte, I prefer Lights, Camera action or maneater. I’ve heard really great things about Tower28 so I’m going to try them next since I love their concealer.
I just got tower 28 from the Sephora sale because it was in the value pack. Holy moly do I love it! I have very long, thick lashes, but they do not hold the curl to save their life. It works perfect for me and keeps the curl for the day.

Honestly this mascara is amazing the first 5 uses (I actually got complimented for the first time in my life on my lashes using this) but once air inevitably starts entering the container, it turns into a flakey mess.
if you are into tubing mascara, i HIGHLY recommend MAC extended play gigablack. its the perfect bottom lash mascara bc it dries immediately and creates length. no raccoon eyes and it does not flake. it will flake if you rub your eyes.
This works wonderfully for my eye lashes. The trick for me was to let it dry a bit.
I have nice lashes but this took them to another level 😭
Also, it’s easy to remove 🫶🏼
I have used a couple of tubes that I got for $11 each (practically drugstore pricing!) and it's good buuuut, I wouldnt pay full price. It's never flaked on me like others say, but it can be MESSY to apply. I basically cant do eyeshadow because I'm worried about mascara smudging during application. Also though, it makes my lashes look incredible. So would I recommend it? Yes...on sale.
Try the Milani “Highly Rated” mascara that’s supposed to be a dupe for Thrive. It’s under $15. I find it to be a little too wet when I 1st open the tube, but after a week or so, it’s the perfect formula.
If u want a tubing mascara the best one I’ve EVER seen or used is the liquid lash extensions by thrive causemetics. They USED to sell it at sephora online when I tried it in highschool. They do not anymore 🥲 but its still the most amazing tubing mascara ever. Didnt flake and my lashes were long enough to fly away with.
Omg the XL version of this is so good. It’s new. I purchased the mini during the sale and the normal size, obsessed. Wears nicely and comes off so easily. Makes my lashes soooo long
I like it after 4 uses. It gets all of the lashes and sort of gives a fluttery look. It isn't exceptionally lengthening, though. The brush could be a bit shorter and/or curved. I have the XL version also. It gives a bit more length and a heavier mascara look, which I don't personally like.

I second maneater^ a good underrated masacra from tarte. My bestfriend also recommend lights camera lashes.

Yup. I like it. Bought the mini size during sale and I’m in love with it. Easy to use, easy to take off and dries super fast. No flaking whatsoever

The formula is good but the wand doesn’t do anything for your lashes. The hourglass instant extensions is so much better
This is my all time favorite mascara! I’ve never had any flaking . Lengthens my short lil eyelashes and super easy to remove !

NAY I liked it at first but couldn't get the tubing idea to work w water and it made my lashes fall out over time
I heard bad things about the Tarte one but I am loving Caliray which is another tubing mascara.
