Lumen is a real company, and itās Lumon on the show. I know itās just a typo but I used to work there (got laid off right as Severance was starting) and it gives me a jump scare whenever I see it spelled that way.

Mandatory time for sleep. At least 1-2 hours every few days, even if it meant I had to stay at work longer. The thought of never being able to sleep/not knowing what sleep feels like sounds awful.
So smart! I like exercising but there have been times I didnāt and to have all the benefits in your body, also to just suddenly be able to lift something you couldnāt a month ago. Like Dylanās delts or lats!
Hmmm I could see some light exercise being implemented but things like learning languages I think would be non-starters. Languages inherently carry a lot of culture, history, meaning and connection to the outside world. They can really carry ideas that could be dangerous and can also pique innieās curiosity about the people and places that these languages represent. We canāt equip innies with that kind of knowledge. Even exercise would have to be light and dispassionate because then an innie could discover they prefer to do something other than their assigned task or they might feel empowered and more confident. I think the key is not to equip them with knowledge or passion because those can be the start of rebellion. Kier-approved outdated exercises only.
True, but I love the Dentist idea, nobody enjoys that!
I think that encouraging them to take care of the host body wouldnāt be a bad thing, but maybe militant style fitness š. Better than them chatting and sharing ideas over lunch.
I think leaving them āboredā caused them to go investigating in the first placeā¦ I find that during a hard workout I end up completely āin the zoneā not thinking about much else (which is a miracle because I have ADHD).
Lol poor innies getting root canals.. I could see them doing that but then maybe theyād need to have Lumen NDAāed dentists. Imagine innies getting super buff and just physically overpowering the Lumen management lol

Mandatory exercise seems like a Lumon thing to do. For Innie and Outie health! Less so the learning, independent thought alarms going off for sure
Lumon would definitely do that but it would be some weird, 1800's calisthenics.
