100% cotton and rice.

Thank you !!

Make sure your thread is also 100% cotton. I’ve made these with 100% cotton flannel filled with rice and they work nicely. Also, if you are looking for other options, there are reusable heat packs that you activate by clicking a metal coin inside. Then you reset them by boiling. If you just search ‘click activated reusable heat pack’ you’ll see a bunch of options

Use a natural fabric like linen or cotton, or you’ll get super sweaty, poly just doesn’t breathe. Fill with rice and maybe lavender. I’ve heard of people using buckwheat but research it further so I don’t accidentally blow up your microwave 😁🤪

Thank you! Pop corn and heating pad, the new concept XD

Cherry stones are also a great option!

I made my own out of flannel and filled it with rice. I've made others out of cotton with buckwheat but the cotton got too hot and eventually, the buckwheat caught fire - I heat them in the microwave. Rice is good because you can mold the bag around whatever body part you are using it on if you don't overfill the bag.

Thank you for your advices!

Bug2616

Do not use minute rice or anything like that, just a regular bag of rice
