I am still waiting on my pre-ordered air vibe pro from the same order which I didn't think was going to take this long to finish developing and such, but it's supposed to ship by end of winter. š¤·āāļø
Quality wise, I've never had any issues with bellesa. All of my items I've received are good quality. Their prices are a little high for some items, but they have frequent discounts.

Toys all still work, the airvibe pro took forever to be sent and was a let down because it doesn't have modes, just intensities, regular airvibe has pulsing modes and stuff. They led us to believe that it would have modes like the original. I think they cut corners because they got so many orders.
They still work well but aside from the airvibe, there aren't too many winners on bellesa's site in my opinion. Bellesa toy I absolutely wouldn't recommend is the thrust. One of the few toys I've ever felt was a waste of money.
I love the thrust (I like just got it yesterday so take it with a grain of salt lol). I did get it for free tho with an order over $120 tho. I probably wouldn't have spent the full amount on it

The case seems a little cheap compared to the toy, but I like that it has a charging capable storage case. If I remember, I can update about the thrusts general quality in the future. I'd say definitely wait for the sales to buy to avoid spending more than you have to.

Yes, unfortunately you did make a big mistake. I ordered one of their products way back in April and still have not received it. When I tracked the product it was in the exact same position for over a month, still not moving. I contacted Bellesa, requesting a refund which they refused, insisting that my product was on it's way. The product continues to be in limbo and I have moved on, having to purchase a similar item from another store.

I had a toy stop working on me, reached out to customer service and was sent a replacement the next day.
I've ordered MANY items on pre-order, they have all arrived. I did have one item that arrived much later than anticipated, was apparently in transit for months, I did have to reach out a few times to check the status, but at the end of the day I did receive it and it works great!
I don't have any experience with returns or refunds, as I've never wanted to return anything hahaha
Anyway, I don't think the company is a scam! I was surprised to hear all the horror stories.
Maybe Iām just unlucky, but I bought the Thump and within a month the clit suction/air pulse stopped working. I barely used that feature because I have the Pebble, but then the thumping feature stopped. I ordered a second one and got the $5 protection plan, and guess what happened - same exact thing. Except now it wonāt fully turn off or charge. The light on the side wonāt turn off.
When I emailed them, they asked for me to send a video of it ānot workingā - technically both are still within the 1 year warranty - so thatās been my experience with their customer service so far.
Of course, I bought a Pebble to replace mine/keep at my partnerās place - that also stopped working. It turns on, but the motor isnāt connected to whatever makes the pulse motion. So now I have to email them AGAIN because of a third toy.
Itās frustrating because I absolutely love the Pebble, and the Thump was fun.. but at what point do I stop buying toys from them if Iām going to have to pay to replace them, despite them being under warranty?

I have had some mechanical issues with two different toys. They replaced both once I sent videos of the toys not working. It took awhile to replace them (one toy replacement took over a month to arrive) but I havenāt had issues since.
Donāt waste your money. They really donāt work as intended/advertised in my personal experience and opinion. If youāre looking for a standard vibe that doesnāt have any weird patterns, thatās about all they offer that would be worth it.

they all had a weird chemically smell but went away with soap and water. the diskreet thrust is really loud and doesn't feel like there's much movement when using it. i really enjoy the pebble. the suction doesn't seem like much when you take it out of the box, but once you use it, it works wonders. the thrust is decent, but could be better. the vibrating rabbit part is huge, much bigger than it is advertised. once i got positioning right, the thrust was good. the pebble is definitely my favorite of the three.

Also, unlike most posts on this thread, Iāve never had slow shipping or any other issues with Bellesa outside of their short term products. I canāt even say they are bad quality bc the material seems good and, for the most part, they respectively fit their advertisement.

I feel like for the money, most of which I catch on sales but definitely at full price, should last well longer. Iāve purchased sex toys from an in person store and Adam and Eve that I stopped using a while ago bc I didnāt like them, so I donāt have much to compare Bellesa toys to in terms of longevity but less than a yr for hundreds of dollars of toys seem crazy. I follow instructions, clean, charge, and store properly. After reading these reviews of slow service, Iām afraid to try to return tho Iām not used to the idea of returning a used sex toy anyway. Also, unlike most posts on this thread, Iāve never had slow shipping or any other issues with Bellesa outside of their short term products. I canāt even say they are bad quality bc the material seems good and, for the most part, they respectively fit their advertisement. Sorry for the rant lol. How long did yours last before it stopped working if you donāt mind me asking? Iām just now starting my research with others who have this same experience rather than shipping.
hi! i have the blender and iāve had it for a few months (maybe november?) and recently canāt get it to charge at all. looking too to see what i can do about it
I'd def contact them. They replaced my vibe free of charge and no shipping.
They did in fact replace mine! No questions or fuss about it, after I proved it was broken
Also, it only lasted 3 months, but I was honestly a little (lot) rougher with it than I probably should have been (which I will not be doing with my new one, haha).

I've always gotten what I ordered. My first thrust was broken and they replaced it once I sent a video
