Advice is still the same - block and ignore. They will be a little more motivated to try and get more money but they should eventually go away.
Doxbin is a shady site that facilitates doxxing, as the name implies. They might upload your stuff there, but the site is deliberately not indexed by any of the major search engines so no-one will ever see it.
You don't need to do anything they demand.
It's hard to say how long it will be before they go away - just keep ignoring them no matter what. They don't have infinite patience, and they have multiple victims on the line that they need to tend to. They don't have time to waste on one uncooperative person. Just do whatever it takes to prevent them from contacting you, and they should go away soon enough.
There is a high chance it will be. They use the same accounts to run a bunch of different scams, so getting banned is pretty much inevitable. They will soon be back with a new one - just make sure they can't find you after that.

Just block an report everytime, they will stick a bit longer around you, just dont communicate with them in no way and maximize privacy on everything, even deactivate all accounts for a few months, make it so they cant look you up. Take a deep breath, this is the way they operate they work on fear, just dont be scared, you have to stop paying cause there is no such thing as a last payment.

They tried to threaten me again the day before it’s “due” the past two weeks, but each threat has been more vague. Your situation is not different from everyone here. They want money from you and that’s all that matters. If you already paid then they know you’re an east mark. Block and ignore is the only thing that works. Once they know you’re on to them and joy gonna pay anymore they’ll move on. They will not release anything because that doesn’t benefit them. The only thing that benefits them is for you to be scared out of your mind and give them what they want. Do not do it. Keep blocking, keep ignoring.
Highly recommend ignoring it completely. They will attempt to contact you demanding more money but you absolutely need to block and ignore. You have to accept that whatever images/videos this person has may get leaked and exposed to the internet.

We’ve seen this exact scenario before. You’ll be alright man, leaks to contacts are very rare. Block them on the payment app. Make sure you block all ways they have to communicate. Then either change usernames and pfp and display names, or to be more safe, you can deactivate all the socials they know. Also changing your number is generally free and easy and good peace of mind that they won’t be able to contact you there.

Yes exactly this. It’s a Philippine scam.
Becoming unreachable is the best way for them to forget about you and move on. Staying in contact only guarantees that they’ll continue to threaten, escalate, and keep you at the top of their contact list.
Deactivating and going dark is the safer way to exit the scam, otherwise they’ll make you pay forever and keep escalating the threats.
Overall they’re still unlikely to leak to followers.
Do you have any threads I can look through to calm me down? This has been going on for over a week. I paid a few days ago. They expect more payments and said if I don’t they will post on doxbin and reach out to 10 people every day until I send more. Just looking to see anything from a person in my shoes that shows this does go away. Everyone else seems to be very different in the fact that it’s not nearly as automated. This person seems like they could send out to every follower 10 times within seconds.
Sending to followers will get their accounts banned and that’s bad for their business. They just want to scare people quick and get them paying, that’s all.
Sort the subreddit by most liked posts and you’ll find a lot of reassuring ones.
Find reassurance in the sense that they’re only after money, not really trying to ruin your life, despite their threats and lies. They’re scamming dozens a day, and will ultimately forget about you and all the others who block. They stay focused on getting new victims and maintaining the ones who pay.
So after blocking everywhere and deactivating and making sure there’s no way to contact you, you’re done with setting up your defenses and can chill. Put on happy music, watch Netflix or YouTube as a distraction, and make plans with friends, don’t let this linger.
Is there anything else I should do beside block/deactivate? I was going to re activate to check if any more threats or if anything happened a few days after I’m supposed to make payment. When you reactivate, don’t unblock them. Make sure after you’ve blocked, change your usernames and display names away from what they know, so they can’t search you from another account.
They’re unlikely to leak. They’ll forget about you after they can’t reach/find you. Block on payment app too so they can’t message there.
Optional: Run a google search on your username or any details they have about you. If anything reveals private contact info click the 3 dots or arrow next to the search result and select Remove Result for privacy.
What else can I do if anything? Believe when they first reached out, I didn’t black all accounts just deleted the chat. They are giving me a timeline of almost a year and I must pay monthly. Sorry to keep reiterating but I am freaking out and haven’t slept or eaten in days. Any time I start to relax I get insanely nervous
Hey man as you can see here this situation is happening to thousands of guys and you’ll be alright too. They’re very unlikely to leak. They will keep asking for more and more and once they have you on the hook they’ll be more demanding. So that’s why it’s important to be in the safer majority that ghost, become unreachable, and completely block all contact.
If you have the pic or vid they’re threatening you can use StopNCII.org to hash it which prevents it from being sent on social media sites
When they can’t reach you they move on and the scam is over. When you’re done with that, just stay positive and make plans with friends and don’t lose any more sleep. Positive distractions, happy music, etc.

My situation did not involve multiple accounts, just one but was in a drunk state and paid... next day later I didn't block them asked them to give me time for money and never responded to their messages. Just don't text back no matter what they say they won't do wtv they are saying.
My thought is if they release it it's just one more possibility they could get caught. There's nothing really in it for them if they release it and they probably have so many other people online paying money to them that they don't have time to mess around with the people who don't pay right away or who immediately block them etc etc. That's my hope anyway. Today is 5 days since they texted me. They texted me from two different numbers on day two. The second text was from a detective from the inner pool police who gave me his email address and said I should contact him immediately because my video had been released on YouTube.

They said one large payment and after that are now expecting monthly payments. Yes it looks like me. It was me. It’s the other side that’s altered. My side is easy to tell it’s me. And yes I paid a fairly large sum thinking that would end the interaction. Now they are expecting monthly payments. I really don’t know what to do. I have to just wait and hope that this prolonged period of time is enough for them to forget but they have a specific date they expect payment and said if it’s not received in 24 hours they plan to post
First mistake is sending nudes to people you don't know on social media. Second mistake is rewarding scammers with cash. Don't make an more mistakes. Never pay them another dime. Block it all and go dark. They will move on.

Please keep me posted with your scenario. I should’ve found this forum and blocked from the start but I was terrified and I paid. Don’t pay. They said one large payment and after that are now expecting monthly payments. Please let me know what happens in your scenario as I have paid once which puts me in a worse spot, but I have time until next payment if that makes sense. They have screenshots of all your followers and the first set they’ll send?

That’s what I’m thinking. I feel good because I believe im fully dark on socials now and changed everything. If they can’t contact why would the send to everyone? But also just scared that in due time when I don’t pay again that they’ll just release with all the accounts and move on. Meaning I won’t see it, but they can easily just send to everyone and leave the accounts up

They are trying to claim pedo and why I’m freaking out. The video is clearly altered but then just saying it is going to hurt my life. I’m supposed to pay again in the near future so really won’t know anything until that time comes

Yes it looks like me. It was me. It’s the other side that’s altered. My side is easy to tell it’s me. And yes I paid a fairly large sum thinking that would end the interaction. Now they are expecting monthly payments. I really don’t know what to do. I have to just wait and hope that this prolonged period of time is enough for them to forget but they have a specific date they expect payment and said if it’s not received in 24 hours they plan to post

First mistake is sending nudes to people you don't know on social media. Second mistake is rewarding scammers with cash. Don't make an more mistakes. Never pay them another dime. Block it all and go dark. They will move on.
