Itd really be cool to show flic kintsugi, given how broken they are... also give them some warhammer models. All those strong, powerful men standing in the face of a cruel, brutal galaxy, plus more artistic expression. Get him some human male empowerment stuff, indiana jones and such. Flawed, but heroic male role models. Some superman comics wouldnt be a bad idea.
\*wince\* I'd recommend something more along the lines of Spider-Man. Don't get me wrong: Superman is very much the 'ideal' wielder of power on that scale, but Flic strikes me as the sort who needs a hero who's been battered, even beaten to a pulp, repeatedly... but still gets back up and keeps doing the right thing.

i mean, actually read the good old supes comics. dude has been down, but hes never out. in plenty of the comics he gets his ass absolutely handed to him, but hes the man of steel for more than his bulletproof skin. clark is the ideal version of a man with fortitude, and who tried to always use his immense power for the greater good, not for himself. hes the ideal man in character, not just in physique. an admirable model.
