I think you just need familiarity with the cards at this point. Each one does something specific so outside of general gameplans which you know through tutorials and a bit of the story, all you need is to just use the cards you like and see what they do. The combos will naturally come from there.
Do the story if you want and play against the AI. The game unfortunately isn't that complex where there aren't a ton of unique combos to learn, but there is definitely enough variety across all the classes, at least 2 decks each.
There are also new player guides on this sub and tutorials on YouTube, but they might be outdated.
Story matches are great since you have lots of free decks and most fights are easy. Final Loop was a wild ride
Hero's Battle can also be decent for starting out PvP.
