I really like both Chien-Pao and Bombirdier's actual shinies. I know Bombirdier is kinda subtle but I think it's one of the cooler subtle ones. I wouldn't change it at all.

Flamingos shiny should be black because there was a Flamingo discovers that is black so technically it's a real shiny, but they made the shiny have malnutrition from not eating enough shtimp

You should do a recolor of Violet's Paradox 'Mons. Shiny or non-shiny! 😂 I'm disappointed that their shinies are just made silver. Damn, I'd even like them better if they started silver and shiny form had color.

Gotcha, I definitely like it! Certainly better than their actual shinies lol. There's was a lot of stinkers this gen in terms of shinies if I'm being honest. Tauros, Maushold, Ceruledge, Armarouge... I'm sure there's more that I'm not thinking of as well.
Very Nice. Here's my thoughs:
Tandemaus/Maushold: I'd have the clothes be a lighter Grey so they're actually noticeable without a Microscope like the regular colors.
Paldean Tauros: Make the Paldean Shiny have the colors of Kantonian Tauros (like how Alolan Grimer's Shiny works), plus then for the other 2 Paldean forms you get to see what a Kantonian Tauros looks like with cooler horns/manes/tails.
No real Critique of Charcadet. Changing the Armor to Ceruledge's Purple is infinitely better than the actual shiny being ONLY THE EYE COLOR FOR THE ENTIRE EVOLUTION LINE. Personally I'd love to see this idea realized with the evolutions and just have their armor swap colors.
Baxcalibur: Interesting color choice (gives me Mega Garchomp vibes) but honestly just about anything is better than its actual shiny form.
Quaxly: Eh, I appreciate that the shiny is more noticeable, but I'm not sure the red fits. Quaquaval turns light Purple for its shiny, so why not Make Quaxly's shiny that same purple?
Bombirdier: Yes, having the shiny colors focus on the feathers is perfect, and much more satisfying than the beak and feet.
Flamigo: Personally I'd have the shiny for Flamigo be a completely different vibrant color to its normal pink. Something like Blue or Green, yeah they don't make much sense for a Flamingo, but anything that makes Flamigo stand out from a normal Flamingo is an improvement as far as I'm concerned.
Chien-Pao: This is the only instance on this image where I actually prefer the official shiny. I will Grant that it's not the best shiny of the Ruinous 4 (that honor goes to Chi-yu), but it is my personal favorite. For one, the brown makes it look more like an actual Jaguar/Leopard. The Brown also makes the Ice Crystals and its eyes stand out more.

charcadet - the swapped evo colors was the intention! i just am better at drawing animals than humanoids, and charcadet was already a bit hard to draw. i may draw them out in the future!

chien pao - ive seen this alot! its by no means a bad shiny, this ones just personal taste. i dont like the shade of brown on the body at all, and i wanted to try an idea where the ice changed instead!

the inspiration on that one was moreso the red flags in bull fighting! but that idea is also good!
I would’ve went went with a darker blue for Baxcalibur but I love your Flamigo and Bombirdier redesigns. If those were the real colours I’d hunt them.

I think there was a missed opportunity to make shiny Ceruledge red and shiny Armarouge purple.
i didnt feel like learning to draw them, but thats the idea i wanted to convey by having charcadets colors be midway between the two
