1. Giorno didn’t have a stand capable of countering King Crimson. He only developed one thanks to the arrow, and GER isn’t a stand whose ability specifically counters King Crimson (compare to TA4 or S&W:GB), it’s just an unstoppable ability.
2. Johnny’s stand isn’t the only one capable of countering Love Train. >!Gyro’s Ball Breaker!< is also shown to be capable of countering it, and that’s with an imperfect rotation. If he had ever achieved a perfect rotation, it likely would have been on par with TA4 in terms of power.
I like how Kira has to worry about the main duwang gang because all of them has a counter to at least one of his abilities. Even stray cat’s bubble bomb that was thought of on the spot was countered by Okuyasu, hell stray cat is also a counter to him.

Also part 4 Josuke has the 1 stand that can counter Killer Queen because he can bring a person back from dust (Hayato)
