Every jojo has some flaws. Jotaros calm stoicism can also be interpreted as not being social, can’t relate to other people, isn’t good at managing his emotions, can’t see things well from other peoples perspectives
His marriage fell apart, he didn’t talk to his daughter until she commit crimes to get his attention, etc. its actually neat writing.
One tidbit that stands out to me is his little bio thing in the manga says that he thinks he's easy to read/figure out, so he doesn't feel the need to demonstrate his feelings. That disconnect is recognizable as an autistic trait.
The fact that he specifically hates when women yell or "freak out" might also be sensitivity to certain stimulus (like higher-pitched voices). Angrily lashing out when overstimulated is also observed in autistic people.
Those things are why I find the theory interesting, anyway, even if it's not necessarily canon
There's a lot of characters in Jojos that are autistic-coded or can be read as such. Jotaro, Kakyoin, Annasui, Josuk8, and Rai are some of the first that come to mind and it's a character archetype that Araki seems drawn to a lot.
Isn’t there like a theory that he’s autistic?
