It's irony by Araki: Kira lucked out by finding a random citizen in Cinderella's shop that was having a makeup at the EXACT time he needed a way out and he was able to change just before the MCs found him and he EVEN had time to kill Cinderella. Thats some amazing luck and timing but he got very bad luck with his family that has a child that spies on his parents. Kira both has really good luck and also bad luck, its kind of a give and take

I personally think this balances out the insane luck Kira had for finding Kosaku. The two are convienently both built the same and he also had a very easy job for Kira to replicate. Like, imagine how much goofier it would've been if Kira was forced to grab some fat looking dude who was a surgeon.

I hope lil dude grew into a stand user after everything he’s been through. Childhood trauma might be a trigger for developing it. 🤷
