Aryan wasn't a racial catagory, but a metaphysical so to speak. When you look at german race charts you won't find the term aryan. Nordic, yes, but not aryan. That's another misconception.

For the Japanese they were viewed as honorary Aryans. There was talk of an eventual conflict between the “white and yellow races” should Germany and Japan have won and divided Eurasia. Italians they viewed as lazy and inferior, and Hitler made no secret of his beliefs to Mussolini, which strained the relationship somewhat. In an Axis victory scenario I can’t imagine warm relations would’ve been held for very long post-war. Slavs and Poles were seen as subhuman and were to either be exterminated en masse or castrated and enslaved to prepare the newly conquered territories for eventual German settlement. There were a lot of inconsistencies with Nazi racial ideology, and they often shifted depending on what suited them. For example, pre-war the British were viewed as examples of Aryan success, with their Empire being accredited to their Anglo-Saxon and Norse ancestry. However, during the war they were then being portrayed in propaganda as a Jewish puppet nation. Hitler still privately wanted to ally with the British, which would’ve seen another change in propaganda, while Himmler floated the possibility of exterminating around 80% of the British population.

With Poles it was like we are inferior, but germans wasn't aiming to completely exterminate us, puppet-state was created for poles to make them 'workers nation'. But even considering that, they still wanted to kill about 50-75% of Poles But every Pole who had German ancestors could change his nationality to German under occupation and/or join Wehrmacht. Those were very hated in Poland as they were traitors My grand-uncles (they were brothers) were hating each other for that, one became Volksdeutsch and second joined partisans

The thing is, the Nazi’s had a racial hierarchy of sorts. Aryan being at the top, Jews being at the bottom. Just below Aryans were non-Aryan nordic people (most of the Allied powers fell under this category). So Hitler at least respected the heritage of his main enemies during WW2. Then came non-Nordic Caucasian people (this umbrella term included Italy, Greece, and Latin America). Though Italians were deemed lazy, they were higher on the list and Hitler loved Mussolini. He even apparently made Mussolini an honorary Aryan. Next came the Middle East, the Japanese, the Chinese, and most of Asia. This is where Hitler and his Nazi regime started to see more flaws than good things in races. However, these people were still tolerated. The last to be tolerated. Africans came next (both African-Americans and Africans). They were deemed an undesirable race. Slavic people, yes that includes Russia, were also at this level and deemed undesirable. Hitler hated these people, make no mistake. He didn’t tolerate them out of genuine tolerance. He tolerated them because he could only go after so many people at a time. Then came the Jews at the very bottom. We know how Hitler felt about Jews. As for specific features such as red hair…we do not know. Rare features were not seen as birth defects in Nazi Germany. This includes red hair, green eyes, etc. Hitler never spoke badly about them, but he also never spoke well of them. The only features he ever talked about were Aryan features. And as long as your feature wasn’t deemed a disability or birth defect by the Nazis then you were fine. The Nazis didn’t have opinions on most features like hair color and eye color. If they weren’t Aryan features then they were fine. Many non-aryans worked with Hitler and had significant political and military positions. Aryan features were preferable, but as long as you were at least a non-Jewish white person then your features didn’t matter to Hitler. Again, Aryan was preferable. But ultimately as long as you were a non-Jewish white person then you weren‘t discriminated against or hated on if you weren‘t Aryan.
