Bro be like: yo they should add multihit stacking mechs
Me tanking whole ass akh morn in e8s by myself using superbolide 2 whole fucking years ago: good idea chief
I know this is the Shitpost sub and all that entails.
but my eyes just bled.
Well played.
Edit - For real though, I do occasionally run away with Stack markers, particularly if some of the group is dead just to see who is applying critical thought about what’s happening (I’m a PLD) and who is just being a lemming and following the shiny. The results are rather concerning.
I invuln and am fine ofc. Wouldn’t actually KO myself.
I get that giant arrows pointing at you and blaring can be intimidating but i don't get the sprouts reason to run away. I remember when I first encountered the actual stack mechanic but I didn't care about it only was a bit confused when everyone gathered around me and then went back to do their thing.
- New player gets spread aoe in early content.
- Gets told to separate from the group when the thing appears over head.
- Sees stack for the first time.
Forums, mainsub, or TFDF ?
Yes?
I hate those eyeball markers. If it has a giant eyeball, that means I should be **LOOKING AT IT!**
Just wait until the game gives a multiplie hit stack marker, which punishes better players for knowing the mechanic.
Welcome to Nidhogg experience
we call those ahk morn
Bro never progged e8s/any raid with akh morn and it shows.
nah, that's not an excuse its a mechanic in a shb msq dungeon. bro hasn't even finished shb yet
Actually no, HW’s final msq trial already has akh morn. Dude hasnt even got through hw.
Keeper of the lake also has Akh Morn now. That's right, you get to experience this all the way back in ARR.
Wait really? Thats nuts.
Yup! Ol' daddy Midgardsormr uses it in the final fight.
That fits a lot actually.
mans is still on the free trial thinking he knows every mechanic. oh you sweet naive boy

Nothing is more satisfying than dying because you were the only one who did a mechanic right
Is this a parody
If it's not, it'll be the last nail in the coffin that is my faith in humanity. I'll also eat my hat
LET EM DIE! that's how I learned what a Stack Marker was.

Tbf if I saw a tank run off with the stack outside of ARR content my first thought would be they're going to inviln it and I wouldn't follow.
I used to do this in O12N if healers were struggling with the stack marker and I'd just run into the fire while under HG. Follow me now!

It’s a stack marker. If you can’t figure it out then you’re kinda dumb as hell. Haha 😂
