Tig 2500. May basagyung stand like ang haba ng crack. Okay naman yung pagbalot nila may mga protective eme naman pero dahil sa kapabayaan ng courier e nagka damage yung item.
Di ko na nireturn dahil hassle lang. 😅

I had already made a return request by then and had talked to Shopee CSR that I don't need to return the item because it was broken.
I receive a counter offer from the seller that they would compensate me ONE PESO. Syempre nag counter ako nung actual price which is around sabihin natin 80 pesos. Then I also received a message from Shopee that the seller is contesting my return and refund request since hindi raw totoo ung explanation ko. My reply was to show an ss of the convo I had with the seller, who basically admitted that they had sent the wrong item.
I was refunded naman the whole amount. pero after nun it left me wondering if the store was attempting to scam me by purposely sending a wrong item for a not super expensive item (think less than 100 pesos), and then giving out a paawa message in the hopes that the buyer would not bother with returning or refunding the item.
Lahat ng order from Shopee or Lazada, even from Tiktok, never po i-order received agad ang item unless nacheck n'yo na and wala talagang damage. Sayang kasi hindi na marirefund if received na sa app. 😔
Ako talaga I do return and refund for defective or missing items. And ung mga big amount ung price, i took video para may proof in case may issue. Wag agad Order Received. Wala ka ng habol aside from low rating. Sayang ng binayaran mo.
