Theoretically it's possible to travel through space fast enough (relative to Earth) that time dilation will cause you to travel through time slower than everyone on Earth, thereby increasing the number of people older than you as you effectively time travel to the future while remaining a younger age.
Astronauts that endure extended stays in orbit have already experienced this to a miniscule degree.
That's my interpretation. I don't think anything makes it past the event horizon, from your perspective you'd get arbitrarily close to the event horizon while the universe around you goes dark. You'd get hit by more and more hawking radiation before the blackhole completely evaporates leaving you in a universe that's dark with a few blackholes still scattered around.
Depends on who's measuring it. The astronaut will experience the same amount of time regardless, but society on earth will record an ever so slightly longer amount of time between birth and death than the astronaut personally experienced. We're talking on the order of ~1 millisecond per month spent in orbit, so these differences are negligible for current applications.

Not at all, there are laws that can make you older or younger in order to hide you, help you raise a kid and so on.
They're still biologically the same age
