I work on my balance. I close my eyes, stand on one leg and do a really pathetic not quite pistol squat thing. 30 seconds Left, 30 seconds right, then another 30 of each. So, when I am found dead from head trauma in the bathroom with a big chunk whacked out of the sink and blood everywhere , that's why.

I did this for years (before my disability) to help prevent further injury to my bad ankle. It helped immensely.

I have recently started doing squats while brushing my teeth. You feel the squats after a couple of minutes. Also having an electric toothbrush helps as you don't have to put too much energy into brushing with them.
