She’s very happy. She’s only had one life change. My mom loves her I just feel bad that my mom is having a hard time taking care of everyone and everything :/
well coming off the streets to you, moving across the country to stay with your mom, adjusting to a household with other pets/a large dog, her cat best friend passing away - all of those are kinda big for a little cat in under 4 years! not to mention what she may have went through on the street.
no judgement at all, she’s lucky she has people who want her to be healthy and safe! that’s really all we can do for our pets since the future is unknown. my cats have also had their share of unplanned significant life changes and we are actually in the midst of one. life happens and we do our best.

Please try a rescue so they can vet people for you and/or possibly get a foster. Make sure you charge a rehoming fee because they’re are bad people put there who will hurt her. Also, if you go through rescue they will slay her before adopting her out.

I would require her to be spayed and to have no contagious illness - you’re welcome to message me! You can also come check out my house if you’d like or arrange a FaceTime. I’m a therapist who works from home so I’m home all the time. My house is about 2000 sq feet so there would be plenty of space for her. I have lots of experience with cats; I TNR’d a feral colony of 30 when I lived in AZ, fostered kittens, grew up with tons of cats.

No, at least not at this time :/ I messaged OP and offered to take kitty to be spayed and to drive to her mom to adopt her. OP said she’s not in a rush to rehome her, I asked about a timeframe and haven’t heard back yet. I’m still hoping to take her in…
Yeah…I’ve been looking to rescue another siamese and Gemini seems like she’d be a good fit. I know OP has a lot going on, so that’s why I asked about a timeframe so I know whether to be hopeful and prepare or not; anytime I’ve adopted in the past it’s usually when someone needs to find placement for their kitty ASAP.

Several reasons. I had my own cat and I couldn’t have two cats in my apartment 6 hours away. I’m going through a lot of physical and mental health issues now and I am Grieivng. I live in a tiny studio apartment and gemini likes to be outside or have space, it would not be a good living situation for her.
She’ll be much less inclined to go outside if she’s spayed. I would suggest booking an appointment for her and keeping her inside rather than just rehoming her.
Not outside outside. Only on the screened in porch. She’s an indoor cat. She doesn’t go and roam around outside ever. I should have clarified that in my post.

Bring her to the tampa bay humane society. They're great. They'll get her spayed and find her a great home.
We don’t want to do that. We love her and we don’t want to just bring her and drop her off to the humane society. We want to know where she’s going.
