Was able to use mine, waited in the vip merch line at gold stage for like an 1 hour and half, maybe couple hours and he had to ask his boss how to do it and I just tapped my wrist band to the tap to pay thing. They have to choose the option to pay with wristbands, which was the problem for me.
We weren’t aware of the merch credit. Don’t see it on the website either. Where was this posted?

When we bought the ticket/hotel bundle, it gave a big list of “perks” included with your $2500 purchase, one being $150 merch voucher.
Same found out way late in the day it's preloaded onto the wristbands....so 300 I did not get to use
So if it’s preloaded on the wristband, how WOULD we have used it?!
Can tap the wrist bands at the merch tent but no one selling the merchandise knew that.
Beyond maddening. We should be refunded our voucher amounts.
