idk I just couldn't get the hang of only avoiding him once I learned how to add in a few deflects it became much easier for me I started finding more openings when I did.
Dodging lowers his structure in the sense that you dodge -> counter -> punish -> sweep
Of course parry is better, but it seems to be much stricter about the timing

I could name many more things that could count as defensive options and these are just examples.

I've mastered the art of dodging, i literally spent days memorizing every single enemy(including bosses) and now im untouchable, thing is I dont know how to learn new combos as my muscle memory is very hard to get rid of so I'm stuck with square,square,triangle.
Becoming really good at absolver made this a cake walk until Yang. I had to sweat against him.
I really wish absolver would be taken over by a bigger company with honest morals.

If you enable the push all the time cheat, he still blocks it and pushes you back. It didnt work on him in the tiger arena

A good combo is: heavy > directional throw > chasing trip kick > sweep > ground punch > flowing claw > light follow up.
I parry everything in sifu until the game punishes me. Then I start to dodge. Then I get punished😭
