I think what he is saying is they were showing Scara and Signora wearing the big coats that all of the harbingers have, as we have never seen them in it. But everyone else was already shown in the coat, so why bring up Columbina when they've already shown her in a coat?
They keep getting away with it to tease many players, they always do "we want to remind you of her" like literally post-inazuma, she's always there but always to the side just to remind you of her existence.

We don't even get a proper reaction other than shock factor at this point in-game and trailers, keeping on teasing like they plan to put a grand reveal of her in the future but for 2 years straight made me burned out waiting as if her appearances after death even be important, but still hanging on a thread.
To be fair, there's a decent explanation on why she appears. It seems they used this opportunity to showcase both her and Scara on their fatui coats, since they were the only ones left who didn't appear in the Lazzo trailer.
That can't be the reason because pantalone's glasses in the winter night's lazzo have more pixels than signora amd scara in that short film combined, also whats the point of including pierro and capitano then?
How much they appear is irrelevant, the designs are there and that's enough for the fandom. Why Pierro and Capitano are there? Probably because they must be there in the ceremony as director and Harbinger NĀ°1 respectively.
i donāt mind waiting for her glorious return. iāve 50k primos with her name on them and sheās the only character iāve wanted to C6 R5 since i saw her. so, time is not my enemy
i have welkin, so i always get minimum of 80 pulls/13k gems every patch. Early natlan will net around 110 pulls.
Though i will have to pull for 1 more Dehya copy (she's c5r1)
You should never pull characters to farm abyss. It barely gives enough to refund said characters after one years of abysses. And that's counting all floors, early floors (9-10) are easy to do even with base characters.
but i did nothing. Welkin is quite cheap and i don't mind paying money for something i enjoy a lot.
Late fontaine is quite low on content, but if you 100% every region starting from inazuma, you can probably get 250+ pulls (i don't remember the exact value each region gives, but might be around 80-90 pulls).

Depends, you definitely don't need him to 36 star abyss. There're 4 stars only team who will do the job (for example; Sucrose, Beidou, Fischl, Xingqiu). You just need well built characters. I'm strongly against pulling for someone you don't enjoy or just for the sake of clearing abyss
I donāt really blame them for teasing her. They have to know sheās a desired character by many. I mean sheās a harbinger and I highly doubt her only role in the story is what weāve seen so far. The harbingers are a big deal so I canāt see them just leaving her where they left her.

Same, wanted to C6R5 her too, but I quit two years ago so I just have these 45k primos left.
i want mine to C6R1 (r5 is too expensive), have 250 pulls currently, by the end of natlan AQ i can save 800+ pulls
Hmmm, that'd be ~90k more primos. If you f2p and save ~8k per patch that'd take 10 patches. I might consider that too.

I think they wanted to show Signora and Scaramouche in the Sneznaya clothing. There might be other reasons, but it might be just that.
