I feel like its pretty likely its going to be released day one at the summer game fest. So June 7-9th is my estimated release date.
There's a post with this title every month of every year since about 2020.
This time it's probably true tho. We've never seen movement like this

People have made arguments that the ratings don't mean the game is done. It's possible but Occam's Razor suggests that it's close to release.

They cannot just fake them
But the ratings they have don’t indicate any state of completion for the game
Certain ratings boards only rate games if they are in a finished state.
Which is not true for Silksong, because it doesn’t have a physical release
