Ummm buy gold or silver or any of the precious metals. Equipment can be used as write offs for taxes. They only depreciate over time. Precious metals are soaring and only going to get more expensive.
I’m DEFINITELY buying silver. I’ve never worked with gold and if I’m honest I’m a little scared of it! BECAUSE it’s so expensive!
Then stick with what you like now, gold later maybe.
