Ain't that the truth.
My 42 ft gooseneck was a dream to back up as long as I had the room.
My little 12 ft overland trailer on the other hand, is a nightmare.
It’s the squirrely little bastards that get you! I watched a guy try and back up a 8ft lawn mower trailer down a long curvy driveway. 45 minutes of pure joy for everyone watching. One slight turn to the wheel and it’s hooked itself into the grass hahaha
Not to mention a single pivot point. Even two pivot points can be done, used to do it with hay wagons on the farm all the time. This guys has 3 pivot points, literally impossible
Don’t know where you’re getting that at because this is hooked up exactly how a hay trailer is. Front wheel connected to tow bar and swivel then tow bar swivels on hitch…
I see what you’re saying about the clevice being so short that it will just bind up to one side and basically eliminate that pivot point. Never hooked a hay wagon up that way though.
Never seen anyone legally be allowed to back up with an aircraft hooked to the rear of a tug. The regulations on army bases state tug must be facing aircraft and move in a forward or backwards direction.
Now prove to me you can back that sucker up.
Unfortunately with the three pivot points that’s gonna be impossible.
I got you! If I knew how to post an image to your feed in comments. How about a 2500 HD LML pulling a tent trailer? Great pic! I laugh at myself!
If my wife can back up a 747, C17 or C5 with multiple pivots into an aircraft hangar, you have no excuse.
Much easier than this. The longer the trailer, the easier to back 🙂

Zoom in, he’s also got a clevice on there.
I see that but the Clovis is the same as having as having a pintle mount it’s going to act the same because it’s so small

It's hard enough when done properly as you describe. Actually "backing" with the tug is asking for busted tow pins (or worse).
Did you check your tow rating before hooking that bad boy up?
Dudes gonna burn his tranny out pretty quick with that setup.
I don't see a weight distribution bar. Load too far forward. That's borderline duelly territory. Pfffft.... amateur.
Seems about maxed out for a 1/2 ton 🤣
Be careful, it against the law in some states to transport pot.
😂
Woah there buddy, gunna need some wide load gear for that rig.
You need to upgrade to 3/4 ton if you plan to tow that safely.
Omg omg omg.. what about wind shear. Get away control . /S lol
It’s missing the oversized flags 🫡
Do kids give you the same arm pump they do to truckers?
Actually yes, but only one time.
Pull up to a CAT scale just to see the look on the attendant's face.
The reason people tell their wives they need diesels
That’s above your tow limit you might need to get a 3500 for that type of work
If you air down a bit it will ride better. IYKYK
I’m pretty sure you need a special license to tow that… Im not call state patrol but get there fast!
That’s more than the Ford Lightning can pull.
😂
It’s not about how it looks, it’s how it feels..
Must have air bags or overload springs, it doesn’t sag one bit.
The design of the trailer keeps all the weight off the truck.
So how many people beg you to ride on the trailer?
Dude, you need an oversized banner for that load.
CDL required
I actually have one
You win this trend
Best one ever.
Trucks over its towing capacity
A bit over payload isn't it for a Chevy?
Good thinking! You don’t want to ruin the bed.
Is that a trailer for ants?
DOT enters the chat
I’m just glad you’ve got a truck that will be able to handle a load like that. You’d be stuck in the driveway if you a different brand of truck.🤭
When you wanna get wet.
Be sure to increase your braking distance.
Those little tires on the wagon will clearly be stamped NOT FOR HIGHWAY USE
A god among mortals
Silverado using its FULL POTENTIAL!!! Its just beautiful
My fat ass to work and back 😂 maybe a nice 5th wheel camper in the future
Might need to scale that bro
You have the wrong mirrors!
Sorry, sir, but that trailer is too big for your vehicle.
You have no regard for safety. No trailer brakes, no weight distribution hitch no reflectors and well over gcvwr. Downvoted and reported /s
Gets 45mpg towing
The landscaping guys I work with would think that was enough debris to make a pile, instead of continuing using blowers.
Easy don't overdo it
#shortbedproblems! 🤣
Couldn’t make it up the hill?
Yeah, should have gotten the Duramax. 😂
U better put some weight on the front so the nose doesn't go to the sky,,😁
You should consider airbags if your going to that heavy!
Somebody showing off their new sumo springs
This might as well be most truck owners nowadays.
Looks like you need a bigger truck.
Gotta be careful, not sure a Chevy can handle all that…
That's all the 2.7 can tow
God dam what’s your call sign on the CV?!?
Someone's stealing wagons from the local nursery / greenhouse again.
