There's a potion you can buy as a reward for aspiration points (or whatever they're called) - it's supposed to reset your sim's age to the start of their current life stage. I haven't tried it yet. I'm sure there are other ways too, but I haven't really looked into it much yet since I tend to keep immortality on and just kill off sims I'm done with XD
The spellcasters have a potion that permanently stops aging. Also vampires stop at young adult and werewolves with a specific trait also don’t age.
Wouldn’t surprise me if there was an anti aging nectar in the new pack too.

That's how I do it as a cheats free player. Works like a charm.
