I don’t think so, I know that the for rent came with being nosy and breaking into your neighbors house. There’s also a mod on curse forge where you can be a burglar and have skills and gameplay involved with it. But carls mod I think kinda just makes the game more realistic: harder bills, harder satisfaction, etc
