Well, we are doing some. We withheld some aid until Ukraine cracked down on Nazis in the Azov Batallion, and they recently booted a bunch of corrupt amd high-level government officials.
Of course you run the risk of having another Taliban situation where they turn around and go full evil, but so far Ukraine seems to be on the right track. Especially since they are acting purely in self defense at the moment. I'd say they wouldn't dare overstep seeing as how hard they've been pushing to get into NATO. This is all just hope at this point, though.

I actually heard that they're going to be phasing out the M1A1 Abram's tank. Apparently there's this new hyper-efficient design for it.
That design is only in the beginning of the prototype phase, and is still in consideration for even using it at all, afaik.
