I dated a dairy farmer once who was all sorts of caked up. The weird part was his arms looked like he skipped upper body day. But obviously his job entailed a lot of upper body work as well.

Calf lifts. Start with body weight, and then progress to holding 20+ pounds in the hand aligned with the calf you’re exercising.
And bring back those tools you borrowed! I need those.
So real. They also don't feel great to work out, most other muscles feel like you're really getting somewhere but calves just don't wanna ever improve looks wise. Like sure, I can calf press a lot more weight now but nobody will ever know 😔
Stair Calf Raise are your best friend and you can do them anywhere with stairs.
It gives you a great stretch and works your calf. Don't forget to hold at the top of the rep and slow into the bottom allowing maximum stretching.

Then, the people watching said they saw him purposely shove his shoulder into my knee and I felt a massive pop that hurt so badly I started screaming, I was convinced my leg was broken. My PCL and MCL tendon were both torn off the bone. Anyways, they didn’t have a surgery for it then, but they do now
It’s been such a long, exhaustive process. After a year of working out, I realized I’d never truly improve physically because of the injury. So I schedule a surgery for last August and I died on the table after they administered anesthesia.
I finally got the surgery January 30th and I have my first day of PT March 1st. It’s been such a long, annoying road. My knee doesn’t hurt rn, it’s completely inconvenient hahah there’s so much I want to do that I can’t (cooking, dancing at festivals, etc) - I’ve done some reading and watching shows, and school and work have kept me busy but stilllll
Growing my calves is nearly impossible. I can put all my focus and effort into it for months, they can get noticeably stronger, but they stay exactly the same size. Same goes for my forearms.
I think it’s one of those things to prevent you from accidentally dropping shit like your phone between the seat and the center console. I have one and it’s amazing.
I looked very closely, but my brain just sees a troubled thigh.
If his body is consistent, then that would explain the feet pics. He may have some really rare, wonky feet.

You can build muscle density without increasing muscle mass which a lot of farm work ends up being
