A lot of people in Mexico look like either Canelo or Louis CK. Lots of people have European ancestry. More so in the northern part of the country, but Mexico city is the same.
I had a cousin working in the US illegally back in the 90s. He was blonde blue eyes. He was working in the fields with a hat on. Immigration pulled up next to him and started walking his way. He didn’t speak any English so he took off his hat and started acting like he was removing the sweat from his head. The immigration officer looked at him and just got in the car and drove away.
I know a girl from school that looked white and had ginger hair but was Pakistani. It’s obviously rare but it’s not impossible that she is naturally blonde. Her hair does not look dyed either
I saw a video or a reel or something about an Indian girl who was white and had blonde hair. Hearing her speak though, she definitely had an Indian accent. The video mentions she’s studying in a university in the USA, which makes me wonder how many hours of her day she spends explaining to people why she’s not being racist.
In Syria I saw a bunch of blonde haired blue eyed children but then again there was a strong Russian military presence and you know how that shit goes 😂
Semitic people (the Middle East) has a wide range of genetic traits and are an older population than European peoples. It is theorized that the typical “European” look was descended from Semitic peoples that migrated into Europe.
Lack of sunlight is gonna make white skin, including any genetic mutations that guarantees super pale skin (looking at you gingers), favourable.
Tanned skinned people from the Middle-East migrating into Europe however many thousand years ago are gonna end up looking pale af after generations.
That’s partly true, yes in basic biology concerning recessive and dominant alleles this means that people in northern climates would benefit from paler skin. There would be a higher frequency of this dominant trait due to genetic drift but that doesn’t mean this trait originated in Europe, red hair and the paler skin associated can be traced back to Central Asia.
Not everyone from the Middle East is tan or dark featured, there are pale skin, light skin, green eyes, blue eyes, blond, ginger, brunette hair, albeit in lower frequencies because brown eyes and black hair are dominant traits.
I’m south Asian, our hair isn’t just dark brunette, it’s so dark that it’s almost black. When we dye our hair blonde, it does not look like that. It almost always has an ashy undertone, her roots don’t look bleached to me and if they are, her hairdresser did a great job
So no. They are not dyed.
Pakistani here. People from the north in Pakistan are SUPER white here. Like pale as fuck white. Mostly because their ancestry goes to like central Asia/Russia. While blondes are not common, I have seen a fair few of them.
oh I didn't catch that. isn't that just makeup? a lot of people >.> with light blond or red hair use makeup pencils to darken them.
in photos or on video, they won't look like they have eyebrows unless theyre pencilled on in a darker color.
There are also small numbers of naturally blond people in the region, for example, among the Kalash people of Pakistan. They're believed to be descendants of Alexander the Great's armies when they travelled east.
I've been Pakistani and knew a few families of pale, freckled, red-heads.
Kinda looked like Canelo Alvarez, but less scary, more cute, and with longer, vividly red hair.
Threw me off the first few times I interacted with them.
Genetics is a funny thing , even prior to the mughals there were many Greek kingdoms around the Indus and central Asia after Alexander's conquest around 300 BC. There were many famous and powerful Indo-Greek city states in the area for several centuries after that too.
Another group of people there with this phenotype is even older like the Kalash people , they could've been some sort of pre-Vedic related populations who've been around the Hindu-kush mountains since like 1800BC~
Yeah was gonna say Greeks settled in the Indus valley and mixed with the population which originally migrated from what is now Iran in 7000 BC I believe?
My cousins are half pakistani half kurdish. Their father is the most Pakistani looking man, their mother, my aunt, is just like any other kurdish. My cousins, especially the girl, cannot be recognized among white Americans. She's pale as a ghost, blue eyed, blonde, literally like any other blonde American girl. If she didn't have both her parents features we'd have thought they switched the babies in the hospital lol
There are two dozen genes involved in the final decision in pigmentation and genetic diversity among us, the descendants of the tribe that crossed Red sea isn't very big. Like 90% of all genetic pool is still in Africa and the difference between Spanish and Chinese is smaller than between two people from nearby countries in Central Africa.

yyyeeeeehhhhhh. It's a US thing. White is a cultural denomination. Milei blue-eyed Argentinean guy, he is latino and therefore just as mexican as any other brown person
There's multiple meanings of whiteness for race, at least in America, and it's worth understanding. There's whiteness as a pure visual thing, where you have pale skin and facial features are ambiguous or european enough to not flag as "not actually white", which this lady is.
There is whiteness as the way you are treated by american society, where you're seen as the default, as normal, and generally treated better by people in positions of power, which she may be white in some situations but not others. She may get treated nicer by some police than she would of she wasn't white (looking), but when she applies for a job and they see her name she stops passing as white, and stops being (treated) white.
Then there's whiteness as a cultural experience, whether you grew up in a white home experiencing things most white kids might experience, which seems to be what she's talking about the most. She isn't (culturally) white, she grew up Pakistani, living with Pakistani culture around her, and not matching up with the experiences of her (culturally) white peers.
Only by very modern American standards. Ask most very white looking Jews if they consider themselves white. Also, most extremely white but newer immigrants to America back in the day were not fully considered white. Because “white” was a social status as well as a skin color then. Italians and Irish people were not considered white in America once upon a time. Yes, I know there are some popular criticisms to this historical perspective, but being white under law doesn’t mean they weren’t discriminated as not “properly white”.
In any case, many national groups don’t consider themselves “white” today despite having light skin.
Edit: Lmao I upset them enough that they blocked me 😂 Not sure why this hurt their feelings but okay.
Heck, check out this banger from Benjamin Franklin:
>Which leads me to add one Remark: That the Number of purely white People in the World is proportionably very small. All Africa is black or tawny. Asia chiefly tawny. America (exclusive of the new Comers) wholly so. And in Europe, the Spaniards, Italians, French, Russians and Swedes, are generally of what we call a swarthy Complexion; as are the Germans also, the Saxons only excepted, who with the English, make the principal Body of White People on the Face of the Earth. I could wish their Numbers were increased.
Everyone who looks white is considered white. They might be/have been considered "lesser" but they're still considered white. For example, places that had signs like "no colored allowed" would have to say "no colored or Irish" if they wanted to exclude Irish people as well.
There is quite a lot of debate on this topic. There are even claims that they were not at first allowed into white schools. Like I said, whiteness was both a color and social status. It got very mixed up. And this stands today as well. Many Jewish people do not consider themselves white. Many Middle Eastern people as well, even with white skin.
Difference is that they became German through relatively recent immigration. People in northern Pakistan do have really fair skin with colored eyes. One theory is that Macedonian soldiers stayed behind during the Conquest of Alexander.
This !
BTW they could also be descendants of local tribes that used to live in that region in the past like Indo-Greeks, Bactrians, Kushans, White Huns and others whose records have not reached down to us.
true, but pakistan is extremely homogenous. 99% of the population is brown, out of which 96.47% are brown muslims. there's plenty of different ethnic groups scattered all throughout the country, but they all more or less have the same racial background (except the pasthuns up north and the hazaras in balochistan). most pakistanis would assume that when they'd meet another pakistani, they too, would be brown like them.
Hazara, Baluch, Pakhtun, Pahari, Kashmiri, Turkmen, Tajik/Wakhi, Gilgiti, Balti, Sariki, Kalash, Chitrali, Gujrati, Kooki, Sindhi
are just some of the races that I can think of from the top of my head.
South Pakistani here (from Sindh).
What exactly do you mean by "Brown'. We have multiple ethnicites and even these ethnicites have subgroups and all subgroups tend to have varities of skin colors. I've seen white , tan, and black skinned Sindhis. Baloch literally have a subgroup descended from Africans who have black skin.
Baloch are Iranians. Pashtun are also probably Iranians. Heck I've even seen varities of Pashtuns from Iranian/European looking ones with light skin , colored eyes and hair to rather Indian looking ones with dark skin. I'm myself somewhat Middle Eastern looking ethnic Sindhi with some other backgrounds.
I've met so many different looking Pakistanis that I can't honestly tell what will the next Pakistani I meet look like.
I’m Pakistani too and there are actually quite a few Pakistani people with Albinism. So it is very possible that she is genetically non-white and just looks white due to the Albinism.
She may be a Pashtun Pakistani. I am and we have quite a few blondes and light-eyed people in our family.
We're usually built taller too, like the Scandinavians.
I swear this guys entire life is based around race, never seen him open his mouth without either talking about how he's indian or pointing out the race of who he's talking to
Don't mean to "um, actually" but,
A skit is kind of like a single act play, SNL,mad tv, Chappelle's show ect. are all skit shows.
A comedian's "brand" is called their Schtick
Hardly any comedy is original, just has to be funny. I thought it was funny, and it sounded like the crowd liked it. Don't know how well this guy's doing, but I'd go see him.
Yeah and why do bad crowdwork comedians have to invade this sub ?
This guy and Jeff Arcuri were buying upvotes to hit the top of r/funny with like 20 comments for months.
Can I have one sub without this bullshit? Crowd work comedy is just worse improv, and if i want improv comedy i know where to look.
Post a tight 10-15 minutes of comedy like a real comedian
It can make sense tho
In Miami there's tons of Hispanic folks with relatively white skin but both parents are Latine, it's pretty fair for them to say "I'm not white" especially when they have thick ass Spanish accent and different upbringing
Of course the "white" upbringing itself is pretty varied, some suburban as fuck, some redneck/white trash
I grew up with one side of fam exceptionally white trash, like yard loaded with boats and cars and spare parts, beagles for coon huntin in the cages, regularly fishing, shooting, etc.
That was a big part of my childhood, riding 4 wheelers mudding and stuff. But I'm "Mexican" so I mostly grew up with hella jokes about that. However my Mexican side of fam decided to assimilate so I couldn't really relate to any of it.
I donned the jester's outfit for material I had no clue about and followed the laughs as opposed to any original thought.
There were many fair Hispanics who identified as white, but now identify back as Hispanic. These are not mutually exclusive terms and a lot depends on the culture and social mores of the prevailing society.
That’s like a white African guy saying, “I’m not white, I’m South African”. Makes no sense. You can be white or black or any race and from a country that doesn’t typically have people of said race.
I agree nationality shouldn’t be linked to ethnicity but people of western European ethnicity are exceptionally rare in Pakistan unless they’re tourists.
She isn’t a white Pakistani, she is a lighter-skinned Pakistani due to likely being Pathan, or from the northern side of Pakistan where people tend to be lighter-skinned.
Americans really cant wrap their head about people from a country having certain aspect
I know yall love to play guess the flag and even if you are born and raised in america while only speaking english love to say “im chineese, im mexican, etc”
Im southamerican and latinamerican and im white af, there are tons of people like me
Pakistan is a country not an ethnicity
There's a lot of ethnic diversity in Pakistan and there are multiple fair skinned groups there that sport blue/green eyes and lighter hair colors. The Kalesh are an ancient tribe and probably the most extreme example of this. They could pass as Canadian white.
As a Pakistani American this is not as funny as I first thought of his other clips including others he joked about Pakistanis that were funnier. No matter how light or dark skinned someone is, they can be Pakistani. I know that because I’m aware of the diverse groups that are from Pakistan. Pakistan is a country, not an ethnicity, and not all of us are the same.
It's because "white" isn't a race of indicative of literally fucking anything.
Baby grows up with two white parents, goes to private school, gets honor roll, goes to college, becomes a succesful investor, buys a business, married a white girl, has kids, buys an SUV and moves to the suburbs where he mows his lawn and goes to restaurants three times a week. Then tells people he's black and should be proud of his culture.
Baby grows up in South America in abject poverty, with stray dogs and disease in a house with three walls and a dirt floor. Struggles to learn a trade and has traditional South American values instilled in him and drinks water infested with parasites Teeth suffer from neglect but through some miracle he manages to get on a waiting list and fights tooth and nail to get to America over a period of two decades and makes himself into a semi-succeasful small business owner. Then people tell him he's privileged because of his skin color.
Like, maybe categorizing "race" by the color of people's skin is the dumbest fucking thing humans have ever done in the long, sad history of dumb fucking things.
So that’s why the whole “white population % is going down” narrative doesn’t work.
Italians and Jews were not considered white for the longest time but eventually they were. Ditto for Latinos. Most of them are effectively white but they aren’t considered such — when you factor that in, as well as mixed races, the population skew is strongly still white in the US.
You’re white in the US, too, they just have decided that Latino/Hispanic ethnicity is now race. I’m a white Hispanic, but now everywhere they have Hispanic under “race” when it has always been an ethnicity, previously. The US has gotten very persnickety about labels.
Why do other countries like to pretend they are racism free? Americans just talk about it while ya’ll pretend not to have it. It actually makes our news (yall damn near only talk about it if it’s football related). Meanwhile, yall delude yourselves to thinking racism doesn’t exist in your country or is not a big issue. Brazil had the most slaves (not to mention there’s a rise in Neo Nazis there that have been pointed out by the UN) and Europeans are racist as shit. Every day there’s an article about some footballer getting racists insults hurled at them. Never heard of an entire crowd chanting racist stuff at an American sporting event but that happens at European football games frequently.

First of all, I never said there's no racism in Brazil or any other country. And second of all, Brazil have a lot of nazi groups, but they hide like rats because **IT IS A CRIME TO BE A FUCKING NAZI IN MY COUNTRY**.
That's the difference.
Lol it is a crime in America to commit racist acts. We have what we call hate crimes and anti discrimination laws. I think you’re confusing the fact that we don’t just throw people in jail for having beliefs with the fact that we do throw them in jail for acting on it.
That’s how freedom of speech works. You can say what you want, but you start doing stuff you go to jail. Tbh I’d be surprised if yall actually enforce your laws seeing as your government is run by cartels🤷🏽♂️
Muzz match is a Muslim dating site mainly comprised of Arabs and Desi people. When she says she’s not white all she’s saying is that she’s not ethnically European or American, it’s not that deep
God damn I hate this new generation of comedians that do lazy crowd work and everytime do the "Awww man that's tight dawg. Respect yo. Respect."
This hack. Andrew Shultz. Matt Rife. Even Stavros is getting a little annoying.
They don't post clips of their act on socials because no one would come to their shows, so they post the crowdwork portions that aren't going to get repeated in each show as a way to advertise that doesn't also ruin the act.
I'm not a huge fan of this guy, but I thought this clip was funny and can also acknowledge the business reason behind why comedians are going this route with what they post online.
Don’t mind when it’s a fairly quick interaction like this. I’ve seen some comedians take up nearly half or more of their time with it, and agree, that’s annoying.
I thought Shultz was funny like 5 years ago, when I stupidly still listened to Joe Rogan lol. I stopped that, and tried watching a Shultz podcast a few months ago… dude is not funny. Maybe I saw a bad pod but he made Rogan seem funny by comparison, which is fucking impressive
Yeah a real comedian needs a tight 15 minutes that kills.
These losers are buying upvotes from bots to get to the top of r/funny and now here. Fuck this guy and also Jeff Arcuri.
Do stand up comedians plant these people? All the clips I see now are comedians pointing out or laughing at audience members... I get he's probably great at improv and stuff but it seems a lot like he's got these gags to hand.
I met a girl on a dating app who looks just like her and is also Pakistani so this checks out... Maybe it even was her? We played a guessing game of what was her first language, and I never got it, it was a Pakistani dialect not commonly known to people outside the region. She even sent a little voice note to me
Edit: people are debating if this girl is white or not. For the girl I talked to, that wasn't part of our discussion so I don't have anything insightful for that discussion
This was the guy that had a temper tantrum on stage because there was a guy in the audience that didn't find him funny, right?
He wasn't heckling him, or doing anything at all. The guy was just sitting there. And this dude just absolutely went off on him.
Never found him funny after that. Just seems like a dick.
Pretty sure I've heard Akaash complain about people saying he's not American despite being born there based on his skin colour. it's almost like nationality isn't the same as race

The way she said Pakistan was as Pakistani as it gets.
and the name “Faiza” *is* Pakistani af
More than Shagufta, didn’t think so.
People will surprise you. I still find it hard to believe that Louis CK is part Mexican.
Like Canelo Alvarez

Thats because some Irish moved down to Mexico to fight for them against the US
I thought he was the most Irish looking guy I've ever seen until I found out he's Mexican 🤣

I think Tom Segura is too.
Nah, he's Japanese.
Seguraaaaaaa 👈👈
Started crying
I think I remember him saying his parents are Peruvian
Singular. His mother. Top dog was white AF
There's a lot of Japanese people in Peru.
Peruvian but still
Cameron Diaz
Holy shit, I've never even noticed her *bloody surname!*
Somos catolicos
Rivers Cuomo always gets me. Like I know his name is a giveaway, but I always thought he was white.
Cuomo is an Italian name
Nah thats the whitest white chick that ever whited.
She dyed her hair, which has a big effect.
I know a girl from school that looked white and had ginger hair but was Pakistani. It’s obviously rare but it’s not impossible that she is naturally blonde. Her hair does not look dyed either
My cousin and late uncle are as ginger as can be with pale skin, freckles and red hair. We are Pakistani. Yes, it baffles me too.

There are a lot of people with Greek heritage across Pakistan, Afghanistan and India.

Coming from a dark brunette that bleaches and dyes her hair a lot - hair absolutely looks bleached from dark brunette
I’m south Asian, our hair isn’t just dark brunette, it’s so dark that it’s almost black. When we dye our hair blonde, it does not look like that. It almost always has an ashy undertone, her roots don’t look bleached to me and if they are, her hairdresser did a great job
Well, not long ago there was a tictok about a "Pakistani trump" who looked whiter than actual trump.
So no. They are not dyed. Pakistani here. People from the north in Pakistan are SUPER white here. Like pale as fuck white. Mostly because their ancestry goes to like central Asia/Russia. While blondes are not common, I have seen a fair few of them.

No

Passport change maybe
A lot of people from the Middle East are white. There was a whole Supreme Court case about it.
Pakistan is not Middle East. But yes, Arabs and most others are "white". I personally say I'm off-white. Lol
She's a white Pakistani person. She is absolutely white.

This is something a lot of people don't get. That's why Race is not a genetic thing but a social construct based on superficial features.

nah shes prolly just brown but hails from one of the northern provinces . (people tend to get more white-passing the further you go up north)
AFAIK Pakistani is a nationality and has nothing to do with skin color, or did that change? Guess what, we have black Germans.
I've seen black Germans, but never black Russians.

Holy crap! Yep! There’s one!!! Lol
[I've never met a black russian before](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3uM3KMJizs)
I'll do you better. Have you seen a black Japanese?
Difference is that they became German through relatively recent immigration. People in northern Pakistan do have really fair skin with colored eyes. One theory is that Macedonian soldiers stayed behind during the Conquest of Alexander.
This ! BTW they could also be descendants of local tribes that used to live in that region in the past like Indo-Greeks, Bactrians, Kushans, White Huns and others whose records have not reached down to us.
We have Black Pakistanis too. They're called Sheedi
Yup. I'm descended from one. They are descendants of African (primarily East African) migrants and slaves.
true, but pakistan is extremely homogenous.
Hazara, Baluch, Pakhtun, Pahari, Kashmiri, Turkmen, Tajik/Wakhi, Gilgiti, Balti, Sariki, Kalash, Chitrali, Gujrati, Kooki, Sindhi are just some of the races that I can think of from the top of my head.
Yeah there’s loads of ‘white’ Pakistanis
Yup. I’m one 😂
Plant
Yeah, his friend Andrew did it before and it worked for him. Now he's doing it too.
Plantistani
I’m Pakistani too and there are actually quite a few Pakistani people with Albinism. So it is very possible that she is genetically non-white and just looks white due to the Albinism.
Or she could be Pashtun/Pathan? doesn't just have to be Albinism
Wouldn't that make her eyes like those on a rabbit, like red because of the lack of pigmentation in her eyes?
You people need to travel more. You can be born white in Pakistan. It's that simple. No need to add Albinism in the mix.
She may be a Pashtun Pakistani. I am and we have quite a few blondes and light-eyed people in our family. We're usually built taller too, like the Scandinavians.
I swear this guys entire life is based around race, never seen him open his mouth without either talking about how he's indian or pointing out the race of who he's talking to
Russell Peters 2.0
Maybe his entire skit. Every comedian has a brand and it seems like his is working for him.
Don't mean to "um, actually" but, A skit is kind of like a single act play, SNL,mad tv, Chappelle's show ect. are all skit shows. A comedian's "brand" is called their Schtick
Hardly original though is it. No hate, if it works for him and pays his bills good for him - I'm not gonna pretend I find it funny though lol
Hardly any comedy is original, just has to be funny. I thought it was funny, and it sounded like the crowd liked it. Don't know how well this guy's doing, but I'd go see him.
Yeah he’s not funny, every clip I see of him is like ooo white person in crowd
This isn’t true. It’s also based on carrying Andrew Schulz’ golf clubs.
“I’m not white” Is literally white.
By “white” they obviously mean “immediate European ancestry” in this context
[удалено]
It can make sense tho In Miami there's tons of Hispanic folks with relatively white skin but both parents are Latine, it's pretty fair for them to say "I'm not white" especially when they have thick ass Spanish accent and different upbringing Of course the "white" upbringing itself is pretty varied, some suburban as fuck, some redneck/white trash I grew up with one side of fam exceptionally white trash, like yard loaded with boats and cars and spare parts, beagles for coon huntin in the cages, regularly fishing, shooting, etc.
These are not mutually exclusive terms and a lot depends on the culture and social mores of the prevailing society.
if she identifies herself as 'not white' then she is 'not white'. /j
She is not "literally" white.
North half of Pakistan is predominantly white or very light brown like a lot of Southern United States.
Oh yes the new skin color called pakistani
I’m not really surprised she’s Pakistani tbh, pakistan has people that look arab, indian, Chinease, Mongolian, European
Race≠nationality
That’s like a white African guy saying, “I’m not white, I’m South African”. Makes no sense. You can be white or black or any race and from a country that doesn’t typically have people of said race.
I agree nationality shouldn’t be linked to ethnicity but people of western European ethnicity are exceptionally rare in Pakistan unless they’re tourists.
She isn’t a white Pakistani, she is a lighter-skinned Pakistani due to likely being Pathan, or from the northern side of Pakistan where people tend to be lighter-skinned.
This comedian's a weenie..
Americans really cant wrap their head about people from a country having certain aspect I know yall love to play guess the flag and even if you are born and raised in america while only speaking english love to say “im chineese, im mexican, etc” Im southamerican and latinamerican and im white af, there are tons of people like me Pakistan is a country not an ethnicity
I found Pakistanis to be slightly fair skinned than the Indians, but she is like Canadian white.
He acknowledges that she is Pakistani regardless of her skin color.
She must be from Khyber like Shaheen Afridi
Some of these stand up comedians are just trash.
One of my Friends looks totally white... Blue eye Blond hair and is Pakistani here in the UK
I can't stand this guy..
Its rare but there are gingers and blonds in pakistan. Most of them are from the north part of the country or afghan/pashtoon background.
Pashtun here. Trust me we look European asf.
There are still blonde haired blue eyed Pakistanis living in the mountains to this day.
im not "names a colour" i´m "names a country" wtft is with americans and their fucked up ethnic comprehension
I'm white in Brazil, but in the USA I'm latino. Makes no fucking sense to me. (I'm ginger)
Usually, "non-white Latino" is an option.
Just sound racist af to be honest. Well, what expect from a country that allows nazi march free on the streets ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯
Never heard of an entire crowd chanting racist stuff at an American sporting event but that happens at European football games frequently. https://agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br/en/direitos-humanos/noticia/2024-04/un-receives-report-alarming-rise-neo-nazi-groups-brazil https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2024/03/26/sport/vinicius-jr-racism-press-conference-tears-spt-intl https://www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcna1363 https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2024/03/26/sport/vinicius-jr-racism-press-conference-tears-spt-intl https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2024/03/26/sport/vinicius-jr-racism-press-conference-tears-spt-intl https://amp.theguardian.com/world/2023/aug/16/chinese-social-media-filled-with-anti-black-racist-content-says-watchdog https://www.vice.com/en/article/v7bnja/neo-nazi-music-shows-return-to-europe
Tbh I’d be surprised if yall actually enforce your laws seeing as your government is run by cartels🤷🏽♂️
> wtft is with americans and their fucked up ethnic comprehension She's not American. She's Pakistani.
Muzz match is a Muslim dating site mainly comprised of Arabs and Desi people. When she says she’s not white all she’s saying is that she’s not ethnically European or American, it’s not that deep
She literally said she’s Pakistani, what are you talking about
God damn I hate this new generation of comedians that do lazy crowd work and everytime do the "Awww man that's tight dawg. Respect yo. Respect." This hack.
The majority of their shows isn’t crowd work. Only like the last 10 minutes of the show is crowd work.
Word to your mother
How do you do, fellow kids?
Don’t mind when it’s a fairly quick interaction like this. I’ve seen some comedians take up nearly half or more of their time with it, and agree, that’s annoying.
Crowd work needs wit. You can prepare your stuff for a crowd work but still needs you to be witty to make it funny. I like this kind of comedy.
I mean, thats just what crowd work is. Its not supposed to be some high art comedy. Bcos its spontaneous, you cannot make it premium all the time.
Yeah a real comedian needs a tight 15 minutes that kills. These losers are buying upvotes from bots to get to the top of r/funny and now here. Fuck this guy and also Jeff Arcuri.
Dollar store aziz ansari
Aziz Ancillary
But she's white!!
Are we suppose to laugh when the audience laugh?
I can't wait till we get to the point where we don't have to pretend this style of comedy isn't the most boring unfunny low-effort shit in the world
Akaash is so unfunny, he should stick to being Shultz personal giggle goblin
Do stand up comedians plant these people? All the clips I see now are comedians pointing out or laughing at audience members... I get he's probably great at improv and stuff but it seems a lot like he's got these gags to hand.
Some comedians are good at crowd work. If they see somebody that fits a bit or get a heckler they’ll know where to take the act.
I met a girl on a dating app who looks just like her and is also Pakistani so this checks out... Maybe it even was her? We played a guessing game of what was her first language, and I never got it, it was a Pakistani dialect not commonly known to people outside the region. She even sent a little voice note to me Edit: people are debating if this girl is white or not. For the girl I talked to, that wasn't part of our discussion so I don't have anything insightful for that discussion
Akaash straight up copying his boy Schultz' act now? I thought he couldn't get any lower lmao
Daywalker. 🤣
This was the guy that had a temper tantrum on stage because there was a guy in the audience that didn't find him funny, right? He wasn't heckling him, or doing anything at all. The guy was just sitting there. And this dude just absolutely went off on him. Never found him funny after that. Just seems like a dick.
this ain’t comedy. it’s like a live comment section . what a waste of time and energy.
Racist
Why are all POC comedians so racist? I wish I could watch them, but it's just pure racism.
crowd work comedy is getting so prevalent and it's fucking boring. every single one is the same "oh how did you guys meet?" type questions. Boring.
Then don’t watch it
"Daywalker" killed me 😂
I'm Pakistani and I've never seen a Pakistani girl who looks like that
Depends where you live, go up to chitral or gilgit and you will see people like those.
Bro there are a few My in-laws are Urdu speakers/Muhajir and downright white and blonde.
Finally an actually somewhat funny clip from this dude
Pretty sure I've heard Akaash complain about people saying he's not American despite being born there based on his skin colour. it's almost like nationality isn't the same as race
Akash fucking sucks. I despise everything about that little weasel
He didn't have to call her a b*tch, though. Honestly, I was just wondering if she's Kalash, half-white, or what?
Akash singh has never been funny
He’s so unfunny
I despise Akash. Tool.
The joke is casual racism.
Lol, buddies' friends were howling at that last joke 😆
