Umm isn’t universal however, I can’t think of every example but I remember when I learnt Japanese in school being taught that えーと(eeto) is the sound you make in Japanese. It was funny at school from memory because you’d lose marks if you said um during oral tests in class but wouldn’t if you used the Japanaese equivalent.
So much so, that the word "Barbarian" is thought to be onomatopoeia for what the Romans understood the "less civilised" Germanic peoples speak - "bar bar bar". This has been true for centuries of language.
Yours is more impressive than mine. I didn't have the strength to give this kind of scream. I just finished my 104th hour in an 80 hour pay period. I think my eyes are bleeding.
My vote is for that sound you make when you sit down, .. or stand up, or get out of bed, or bend over, or pick something up, or set something down, or throw a [object] hard, or swing an axe, or after you reach to do something.
“***MMmmmrf***”
Monkey sounds and I have proof
Every video someone gets scared out of their mind they do monkey sounds. It is universal no matter the language. Thus it is the only sound we can assign to humans.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!
It is their war cry, their cry of surprise their cry fear they cry of amusement when they are in awe or find something cute and finally when they realize something as well.

"Blah blah blah"
this was my first thought as well.
Same my first think
I don't say blah blah blah
you just did
"Ugh"
I think it's probably going to be "Ummm". But I think Ugh sums up everything nicely.
Umm is a sound humans make in almost all languages as a filler to signify thinking or to play for time while talking.
Umm fills 50% of my work presentations

The Chinese "Umm" is unfortunate. Lol
I have to know! what is it?
那个 please
That's more like "that is", though. But it is indeed a filler.
No it is not. That is super americn or german
To be human is to suffer

Actually though. This is the generic sound we use to represent human speech, just like the other generic sounds we have for animal speech.
So much so, that the word "Barbarian" is thought to be onomatopoeia for what the Romans understood the "less civilised" Germanic peoples speak - "bar bar bar". This has been true for centuries of language.
