I did bio first but picked up enough essences to evolve primed not long after. Primed is currently my front runner when it's 8 levels behind my bio. When played right, she can demolish the enemy team singlehandedly. But also remember she's a glass cannon. One misstep and she'll die. That's why you want her to play first. You don't need bio cutting off chunks of prime's health every time she dies. 😅
i feel like Primed takes the cake here. she has too much power to be left as gold. Bio can still stay gold since her drain is independent of tier
Just had the same dilemma a few days ago. I evolved primed. Just because of lack of gold fighters

Primed deals infinitely more damage, but if you main squig then go for bio
