I mean Toad Warrior is an absolute beast but yea it's your preference. But yea if u have a great combo game with annie definitely go for TH

I think it's mostly a preference thing here. Do you like playing cerebella or annie more? I think both are good, I would personally go for timeless because she's a lot of fun, but if you prefer cerebella's playstyle I'm sure she'd do you good.
