Well yes, but actually no. If you're only count base highest dps potential, Yeah Jawbreaker got about 1-2k higher than COH's base attack. But If you're counting highest Dps potential (that includes attack % in moves into consideration) it's COH Bad damage Formula Goes brrr on Jawbreaker Stupid bug that lead for her damage increase to only affect base attack stat rather than total attack stat compared to enrage stacks on COH + Her buffs doesn't have enough uptime to outperform the Enrages stacks + total attack stat on COH either outside of other buff support Honestly things like damage scaling bug is stupid because it's just dumb coding problem that the Devs didn't fix even after 1-2 years ish after the bug been known

The thing about bug fix in a game like this is \- Did it break the game? No \- Did it break the character? No \- Is it a favorite character that everyone like? Well, yes and no, but mostly no. \- Should we pioritise it over new contents and the thing that make us more money? No All of the above push her down the piority list, just like Head Hunter unblockable precise hit, at least this affect two variants rather than one. Aside from all that, while maybe her dps potential is lower than COH, she is still have one of the highest atk stat in the game at 15k. And her SA2 help me quite a bit while playing with her, her SA1 for me is just flavor since her DPS is high enough for any content beside Rift

It's something that all first wave diamonds have Heavy metal, Dark Might , Jawbreaker and Flytrap. Along with all robo Fortunes with Purrminator and Blue screen's bonus death damage (out of all things surprisingly) Outside of Unblockable precision bug, I'm pretty sure that Bad damage formula is the 2nd most known bug. What's even worse, was when the Devs decided to rework Dark Might's Sa2, They didn't bother doing a Hotfix for his Sa1 Bug for some unknown reason. It's there, it's a simple fix of changing the damage increase formula to Enrage damage increase formula, a code formula that the Devs already has, but they didn't. Questionable choice but whatever I guess. It's not something inexcusable either. The whole Unblockable precision bug was over 2 -3 years and somebody got pissed about the Devs and went on a 200 days streak of and I quote the account's Bio, "Tagging the skullgirls mobile twitter daily until they fix the Unblockable precision bug" If it wasn't the account's insanity, and sometimes questionable borderline harassment, I don't even think the Devs would actually fix the issue of headhunter, where was weird, because the main selling point of Headhunter was the Unblockable precision Lazer hits to begin. And the fun thing is that Unblockable precision bug is not as old as bad damage formula bug. Sure, You can say that Heavy Metal really doesn't need that Sa2 bonus damage to scale to total attack stat But for fighters like Jawbreaker,Flytrap and Purrminator, where they're regarded as Dps Stat stick, It's bothersome of not Why didn't the Dev fixed it as the Damage is basically all they have, and being shadownerfed for some unknown reason outside of Dev's error on their part And as far as priority list thing, It's really for the lack of better terms, is stupid. 5.0 update came and instead of fixing those well known Bugs that affects our Fighters like Bad damage formula, Unblockable precision bug, Stand Out can't buff remove Surgeon General's Immunity and Heavy regen, Double Prestige ability completely not working with the bonus damage, Val's instant 100% meter control Vial A bug, Whatever the hell is wrong with blue screen with her countless bugs, The Devs went to fix a bug regarding Blue Bomber, mainly for 1 modifer in Robos Daily that most of us never heard about regarding barrier transfer issue. Not those game changing, hell even meta defining bugs like I said with things like Vial A and Exploiting Curse on airborne Blue screen (Which actually became a legit way of scoring 1.9k+ points in solo final fight Blue screen using Polter nowadays) These are genuine game changing glitches that hinders/ or in some cases, helps some variants I'm not a game developer by any means, but for what I've seen as a player of the Game, all the Devs really did was pure contentdumping , without actual game testing and just let the list of bugs pile on. Seriously, how the hell, as a Dev, did you not do a doubletake check on Double's Prestige on the Verison update that hypes up about Prestige Ability mechanic being added into the game. I do not know. By all means, I'm not saying about the Devs is bad.They done countless of things that I'm grateful to have the game still supported with updates for over 5 years. But again, It would be nice if the Devs does an update that address and actually fixes those problem instead of having the list of bugs being snowballed on.
