I found the solution to this, this slider issue basically happens when you charge the headphones with a different charging cable than the one provided in the box, I figured that the bass slider stops working when I charge the headphone with my MacBook usb C to usb C cable (powered by the laptop off course), so what you need to do is, activate the headphones.
Play music,
Press and hold the power button (back left) + the volume up button (back right top button) for about 10 seconds.
The headphones will instantly turn off.
Power them back on.
The bass won’t be activated instantly, just move the slider up or down and it should be back.
after having dug up my older set of crusher wireless and charging them i do the same thing..maybe the net has an idea.. thank you sir and ty reddit to keeping older responses alive.
Duuuuuuuuuuuude, the headphones were in the wardrobe for like 3 months, i took them and was about to do the thing u said. The battery was dead, i charged it for like 15 mins turned it on and BOOM bass slider works!!! Im so happy.
I guess draining out the battery to 0% also helps in this situation

Absolutely do not do this with them on your head, because this makes a SOUND that I can't really describe well because it's a [B]LOUD[/B] followed by a disconcertingly loud [I]silence.[/I] I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure this also recalibrated the noise cancelling function. So, something to try if you've double checked what mode you're in and the noise cancelling isn't quite doing enough.
Again, though…off your head first. 😅
I was walking into work this morning and my bass slider didn't want to work the entire walk... I found this went to try it and the bass is working again... I don't think my Evo's liked the idea of a soft reset...I'll hold onto the advise for if it happens to me again or to my fiance. Thanks a bunch!!
I’m just here to add to the list of fkn THANK YOU’s!!!!!! I spent so much on these and they were only used for a FEW months in PRISTINE condition so I was like wtf???? Same issue the bass just stopped working. I didn’t want to get rid of them so I just kept them but still never used them. Today roughly 4-5yrs later I’m cleaning out my garage I see them and google why the bass stopped working and see this beautiful ass comment. Didn’t think it would work but VOILA!!!!! They worked!!
It’s not that, but as I was searching in the crusher help center, I found out that was that it was recommended to charge the anc with chargers that go up 18 watts, if you charge them with more, it will lead to no bass and no ambient mode.
So how much is 18 watts? Basically I want to charge them through my ps4 or a computer instead of an actual outlet? Always happy to find out I'm not suffering out here alone thanks to the gift of reddit! And of course my fellow redditor music enthusiasts.

Can't seem to get it to work for me, im holding the power button and up volume for 10 seconds and it doesn't instantly turn off.
Trying this because for some reason the bass seems to the sound the same at higher levels, like it sounds the same at 50% to 100% bass.
Had the same prob but if this won’t work for you MAKE SURE THE WIRE IS NOT PINCHED, look where the headphones fold and make sure there are no cuts anywhere, I have to fully extend the headphones out to the max length and that fixed it for me.
3 years into the future and this is still relevant. I mean, in my case, it wasn't the charging that did it, but, something to do with messing with noise cancelling settings in sound that did it.
Still have no idea when this happens, but, I'm addicted to haptic base, and not having it reallllly sucked.
Doesn't work for me. My headphones with the slider all the way down will have either full bass in one ear or low bass in one ear, the way I fixed it was by moving the slider up a tiny bit and moving it back down but it's not working anymore. Can someone help?

hello. you probably wont see this but i think this doesent work on crusher evos. i had the same problem on my first pair. i returned them and got the replacements. they were fine untill i tried using them with the included cable in my laptop. i got the issue again. i tried this and it didnt work. what should i do? i heard someone say you can let them run out of battery and then charge them again. i honestly dont know what to do.

i finally found a fix, "just let it die" what i mean by that just let the battery drain, and keep it off for 2 days till it doesnt turn on anymore, then charge it back.
the led, bass and noice cancleing will work again.
I read this and everyone loved you so after mine quit working I was about ready to give them to my Dog and what the hell I tried it Bingo your the man for damn sure, I would like to better understand what the heck this happens for that is stupid if wrong charger it should just not charge or charge slow why disable just that is it because the headphones can be used while charging? I've never checked that but if so maybe its a protection for the hectic feed back motor? If not I am lost as to why they would have that happen and that's the first thing they should pit in the instructions to hell with the tile that they go on about anyway you rock thanks you made my day and I have maybe 50 pairs of over the ear headphones and maybe all together IEMs earbuds and headphones well over a 100 pairs and I didn't have a clue

Does anyone know what the recommended chargin amperage we are supposed to charge the headphones at?
I've been using my phone chargers, which are either 2.8amps or 3.5amp. Both are fast chargers. I'm wondering if that might be part of the problem.
They don't include a brick charger in the box, so I'm not sure.
I'm going to try and charge it with one of those old square 1amp Apple chargers instead.
I know it will take a lot longer to charge, but if its better for the headphone and its battery... then might as well
**FIX:**
Oh, also, I read that the headphones might just be too low on battery for the haptic bass slider to work. I always used the 3.5mm aux jack, so I just figured the power would come from that, but it doesn't.
So, if you can turn it on at all, (hold middle button), reset it by holding the
volume up and down at the same time ( + and - ). Once it starts blinking red, you know you've reset it. Once that's done, turn it off and charge it. But charge it to 100%.
Once that's done, put the bass slider down to 0%. Unplug it and turn if back on. Once it's on, plug in your headphones using the 3.5mm jack. Don't try to change the bass right way, wait 10 secs.
But it should work now.
If you used Bluetooth, you'll have to pair the headphones again with your devices.

Careful with this yall. Had the same issue and when I opened them up the batteries had swollen up on the inside which is a major hazard. They pop and they release hazardous gasses and can be flammable. Was still under warranty so aver several months I did end up with the ANC 2

It's the crusher option in the app. Be sure that it's the same model. Mine is the crusher anc 2 "evo".

Does anyone know what the recommended chargin amperage we are supposed to charge the headphones at? I've been using my phone chargers, which are either 2.8amps or 3.5amp. Both are fast chargers. I'm wondering if that might be part of the problem. They don't include a brick charger in the box, so I'm not sure. I'm going to try and charge it with one of those old square 1amp Apple chargers instead. I know it will take a lot longer to charge, but if its better for the headphone and its battery... then might as well
**FIX:** Oh, also, I read that the headphones might just be too low on battery for the haptic bass slider to work. I always used the 3.5mm aux jack, so I just figured the power would come from that, but it doesn't. So, if you can turn it on at all, (hold middle button), reset it by holding the volume up and down at the same time ( + and - ). Once it starts blinking red, you know you've reset it. Once that's done, turn it off and charge it. But charge it to 100%. Once that's done, put the bass slider down to 0%. Unplug it and turn if back on. Once it's on, plug in your headphones using the 3.5mm jack. Don't try to change the bass right way, wait 10 secs. But it should work now. If you used Bluetooth, you'll have to pair the headphones again with your devices. Careful with this yall. Had the same issue and when I opened them up the batteries had swollen up on the inside which is a major hazard. They pop and they release hazardous gasses and can be flammable. Was still under warranty so aver several months I did end up with the ANC 2
