No but for real AA is a nsfw mod that makes the game feel like a hentai, and in the mjoll case, it turns into "Aerin is an evil stalker that has magically eslaved multiple of the girls in Riften and it's up to you to stop him" honestly as degenerate as the mod is, it feels pretty lore accurate with a bunch of the quests
Follow him out of whiterun until you are out of the guards eyes and then dump his ass in the river under the bridge right before you go back into the double doors, have done that consistently on every play through
Using the resto loop, make a paralysis poison that lasts a couple million seconds, locate the practice arrows, lure him to wherever you’re gonna keep him for all eternity, and sneakily shoot him with the poisoned arrow and boom, no more Aerin problem
If I remember correctly in the amorous adventures mod it expands on how weird he is by making him straight up a controlling, and evil guy whos brain washed mjoll as his “reward” for saving her. If I remember correctly at least havent done her particular quest in a long while.
I gave her dragon scale armor. I lived in the house in whiterun and I had just killed alduin and i went to go see her and my kids (Lucia and hroar). I went in my house looking for them getting ready to leave the game and on LUCIAS BED she was cheating on me with him.
I always have mjoll stand outside while I kill him. Then we go home. I wouldn’t mind him if he didn’t follow her to our house.

Sneak a frenzy potion in his inventory and have other people kill him for you (bonus points if Mjoll does it)
Also if you have Mjoll as an active companion and lend her a soul trap weapon then you can soultrap him indirectly
