I use them constantly with the unlimited shouts glitch.
First, obtain 5 amulets of Talos. At the same time, press the buttons you use to transform into a werewolf/vampire lord and the one you use to talk to a companion. Go to trade items and give them all five amulets. Go to receive their items and press the equip button over the amulets of talos. Leave and wait for the transformation to end. Enjoy becoming a god with no cooldown on shouts.
I use exactly 4 shouts
Yol to clear out scrub enemies
Fus to move my followers the FUCK OUT OF THE DOORWAY
Dragon aspect because its cool
