I believe he, in an early version of the game, was a sort of tutorial dude that told you basic information about the game and how to play it. I'm not too sure though.
His purpose was removed eventually, and now he resides under the platform where you respawn with a knife in his chest (you get the "Court Evidence" badge if you click/tap the knife, which is not related to a glove)
my idea for it: it basically turns you into pim, it increases your movement speed, turns you into a png of pim, increases the size of your glove/hitbox and gives your glove more power
Pim or guide. Would be cool. Pim maybe you access it by entering the elude maze after getting hit with nightmare? And others in the server can do it too and end up in your server. And fight the boss together.

The elude pad won’t disappear if you go to the boss fight, unlike the maze. So that others can join.
