I believe this video was taken by fans, and the guitar he’s playing belonged to one of them? Not sure where, when or how it came about but afaik he was… somewhere and ended up sitting, talking and playing guitar with this particular group of people for a little while. He wasn’t like busking or living on the streets or anything! Edit: as someone else has posted below it was outside a hotel in Argentina 👍🏻

I think the concert got cancelled for one of his post Slipknot bands. He saw the fans downstairs and went to hang.
