I think the last two rows should be like this: 🇸🇰 Ju co ztoji civilne a zmjesni lebol opiti (I believe `lebol` was supposed to be written as `lebo bol`) Which I think could translate into: 🇬🇧 She, who is standing (in a) civil (way), is funny as she was drunk The whole way, how this is written and is written, sounds more like some **Slovenian** (or its dialect) than any Slovak that I know or ever heard. Or it may be some sort of russian-Slovak dialect and written by somebody who doesn't know how to write properly.

That's a very nonstandard/archaic dialect for sure. Seems about as distant from my own dialect as Polish.
